"Where are you going, Ella?" Arrow, his brows furrowed, questioned his five-year-old sister, who had been placed in his care and was attempting to leave the hospital room.

"I'd want to sip some water." She gave a muted response.

"Wait, I've got water-" He knelt to retrieve his blue water bottle from near the hospital bed. And the lightness of the bottle reminded him that he had already consumed the water on his own.

"Stay here with Emma, I'll go fetch for you," he said, nodding his head in juvenile contemplation. He proclaimed, and the typically exuberant female just gave him a dismissive nod.

"I'll leave you to keep Emma safe while I go myself." Ella made a suggestion.

"Alright! You'd better get going before Mum and Dad return."
He was alluding to their parents, who had gone out with their sister's doctor to discuss her condition.

Ella left the hospital room in quest of the water, unsure of where she was going. She was desperate for something to quench her thirst.

A few minutes had passed, but it felt like hours to the young Arrow, as Ella had not returned.

Arrow stood quietly in the room, saddened by the sight of his frail pale sister Emma, Ella's identical twin. She had a severe fever and cough the night before, and she was constantly sneezing and shivering to the point of passing out.

Despite their brother's pleas that they not play and run in the rain because they would catch a cold, Ella and Emma had insisted on doing so. This happened, however it was only Emma who caught a cold.

The twins have always been inseparably linked. Emma followed Ella wherever she went, and vice versa. Even at this age, they are always each other's protectors, with Ella serving as a shield more than Emma because she is the more timid of the two. Before they started throwing tantrums, they were both nice and gorgeous.

They even have the same dreams, which shows how strong their friendship is. They do everything together, for better or worse, such as disobeying their elders' cautions.
Playing in the rain is one of them.

SO here they are, with a sick Emma, in one of Central Hospital's patient rooms. Emma has always been the ill twin among the identical twins, suffering from low immunity, allergies, and other ailments. Ella is the healthy, lively, outgoing, and sharp one, while she was the timid one, always shy and silent.
So, despite their time in the rain, it's clear why Emma is the one who became ill.

Despite sharing practically everything else, the twins' personalities were vastly different. And if they weren't twins, one may think they were two separate persons.
This, however, had no effect on their sisterly love and twin tie.

"Wake up, Emma," says Arrow. The seven-year-old pleaded with his comatose sister, who was sleeping on her side in a hospital bed, clinging lightly onto her right hand.

"We're quite concerned." He went on, despite the fact that there was no response.

Ella had been away to get water for about twenty minutes and had failed to return. Arrow was growing increasingly concerned, as his parents had always advised them to keep together if they were in a large group, especially if there were a lot of people.

Before leaving with the doctor some time ago, he had once again been warned about not leaving the room.

' I'll just go get her and bring her back.' Arrow pondered. He got up and began walking towards the door, turning the knob-

"Arrow, where are you going?" Emilia stopped her son in the middle of exiting the room by asking him a question as he was about to exit through the door.
