IT WAS no secret the empire still existed in the shadows of the building of the Republic's rule. Even the sun has to battle with the moon. Natalia knew there was a bounty on her head and she knew it was a high one at that. That's what happens when you suddenly join a Rebellion and earn the rank of Commander.

Natalia never intended to join the Rebellion, not at first. She worked with Han Solo and Chewbacca on board the Millennium Falcon for years and it was that same "job" that landed her into the Rebellion. She never agreed with the Empire and their actions but for the sake of her mother's memory Natalia decided she wouldn't participate in the war and keep a somewhat peaceful life. But that all changed the day she witnessed her father's death.

Natalia was well aware she was in over her head when she accepted to help Luke find and force sensitive children. She herself was no Jedi and didn't have the feeling that Luke had around those things. Arvala-7 was a dust ball, practically a knock off of Tatooine, minus the gangs. Natalia hadn't even known this planet existed until it showed up on her list of planets to check. But the last thing Natalia expected was to be captured by a bunch of people hiding about in a compound.

But yet, here she was, wrists bound and chained to the wall next to her. None of her captors ever talked to her, the only time they'd ever go in close distance of her was to give her meals. Only one guard was ever stationed inside, the rest being outside. Natalia questioned that decision at first but after what she guessed to be ten bounty hunters trying to get through none of them had ever made it to the door. So she guessed a good defense was also a quick and decisive offense.

But maybe today would be the day that statement would be proven false. The shots were lasting longer today than they had for the past three days Natalia has been here. She never really had an escape plan, just figured when someone finally got through, if anyone ever got through, she'd just run for it. It wasn't to bad of a plan, the bounty hunter would have already had to kill all the guard to get through the door so all she'd have to do was strike down the bounty hunter and she'd be home free.

But any hope Natalia had was quick to fade as the shots outside finally began to die down, marking the end of a fight. But she was suddenly on high alert when shots began to rain down on the door in front of her. Sparks emitted from the door as the shots grew near Natalia, causing a small shriek to fall past her lips as she ducked, barely avoiding a shot near her head. But within seconds the blast had died down and the entire door fell to the ground with a loud bang.

Light flooded Natalia's eyes, blinding her slightly. She blinked through the light, trying to get her eyes adjusted to it as she made out two figures emerge from the blinding light, one a droid and one a person. The only guard inside the compound burst into action but was quickly shot down by the human of the two.

"Anyone else?" The man's modulated voice asked.

With no other reply the two walked further into the room and that's when Natalia was able to make out a helmet. One she hasn't seen in awhile, not since Bobba Fett. The man before her was that of a Mandalorian.

"The tracking fob is still active. My sensors indicate that there are two life forms present." The droid informed the Mandalorian.

"I thought we were looking for a fifty year old?" The Mandalorian asked as he stared at Natalia, or Natalia believed him to be staring at her. She couldn't really tell with the helmet covering his face. "Who's that?"

The droid turned it's head to follow the Mandalorian's gaze and began to walk over towards Natalia. The droid held out what she believed to be tracking phobe and the small device began to beep rapidly as they neared her. It began beeping so fast to the point where Natalia believed it would explode.

"The other half of the bounty." The droid finally answered the Mandalorian's question. "Rebellion Commander, Natalia Kryze."

"Kryze. I've heard that name before." The Mandalorian said as he turned his head from Natalia to the droid.

The droid pointed it's blaster at Natalia and her eyes instantly widened. Panic struck through her but when the droid shot she felt no pain. A loud clang sounded as the shackles that had been on her wrists dropped to the ground. Before any of them could make another move Natalia quickly pushed in between the two, making sure to grab the Mandalorian's blaster from it's holster as she did so.

Natalia quickly spun around and shot the droid in the head and went to shoot the Mandalorian when something wrapped around her foot and with a hard yank, she was sent to the ground. Natalia scrambled to grab the blaster but when she finally turned her body to aim it at the Mandalorian but he kicked her down before she could even get the chance.

"I can bring you in warm or I can bring you in cold." The Mandalorian spoke sternly as he stared down at Natalia.

"I bet you've been waiting all day to say that."
