I call through the link, waiting to receive some kind of reply. I swear, if he's ignoring me because Blue told him I helped her find him I'm going to be so salty.
No, I'm going to be peppery because pepper makes you sneeze and I'm allergic to bullshit.
If she has, I'm going to ignore her for an hour and then subtly add a piece of mango to her food. She'll never know what hit her.

Dom replies instead. When did I mind link him? Did my wolf just decide to send out a group message to everyone?
"Come on," I loop one of my arms under Harry's back and attempt to help him up but his cry of pain causes me to freeze.
"Stop, it's too painful!" Harry cries out, moving himself back down.
"Im so sorry." I apologise immediately, pressing a kiss to his head.
"Don't go all sappy on me," Harry rolls his eyes but I can see the way his jaw is clenched. He's in a lot of pain but doesn't want anyone to see it, nor does he want me to feel it through the link.
"Natalie is on her way." One of the guards tell me but I don't look away from Harry as I thank him.
"Me? Sappy?" I gasp, "who do you think I am? Some kind of-"
She's gone
Everyone and everything goes silent from the accidental mind link from our Alpha. He never usually links the whole Pack at once, nor does he limit it to only two words.
My heart stops beating for just a second. How can she be gone? She couldn't have gone, we'd have all felt her link tear like we did with him. I'm still not sure what happened there and I fully intend to quiz Xan on that, just not now.
"Go, I'll be fine." Harry nudges my leg.
"But I-" he cuts me off with a kiss and I'm more than glad to respond, "Okay, you've convinced me. Let's have sex." I joke against his lips making him laugh and smack my leg.
"Go." He pushes my cheek to the side making me chuckle. One of the guards hands us both a pair of pants. I slide them on and grab a few spears for the others while placing one over Harry, there's no way I'm moving his leg until Natalie gets here.
With one last kiss, I'm running off in the direction I told Blue to run mere hours ago. It's a bloodbath, so many wolves and humans lying in pieces on the floor.
My steps are slow as I walk through the trees, taking it all in before me. My wolf and I recognise the faces of the fallen and a sorrowful whine leaves my throat.
So many lost.
I continue through the trees, spotting a group of men standing together with an Alpha. The Eastern Pack. I offer their Alpha a grateful nod, one which he returns with a sorrowful smile.
"Louis." Someone hisses at me and I spin around to see Dom motioning me over.
"What?" I jog over, handing him one of the pairs of pants from my hands. He doesn't say anything, only nods his head to the side. I furrow my eyebrows when he does it again. "Did you... break your neck?" I question as he keeps nodding his head like an idiot.
"No." He growls and turns to the side and back to me.
"What the hell are you-" he grabs my shoulders and physically turns me to the side.
Alex is collapsed to his knees on the floor, his head bowed as he balls his eyes out. His entire body shakes from his tears, nothing but agony being felt in the air surrounding him.
