13: Traitor

Jimin's heart began to race, "I-It's okay." he managed to say between his frantic heartbeat.

Out of all the coincidence in the world, this one is the worst.

Jimin is here for Hoseok, but Yoongi being here with him makes it so hard for the pink-haired male.

Yoongi nodded and extended his hand. Jimin was shocked for a moment when he noticed the necklace on his palm.

"Here take it, i'm sorry again." Yoongi said while gesturing to the necklace.

Jimin contemplated for a second, but chooses to take the necklace. His fingers brushing slightly into Yoongi's, feeling a surge of a thousand voltz coursed through him.

Jimin jerks his hand away involuntarily, dropping the necklace on the ground.

Yoongi, feeling the same spark from the touch, raised an eyebrow but proceeded to bend and pick the necklace from the ground while sporting a little smile on his face.

"I-I'm sorry! I didn't mean to --" Jimin's words were cutted off when his gaze settled into Yoongi's. His dark and cold brown eyes boring into Jimin's and he couldn't help but shudder a bit,

Jimin took a step back, "I-I shouldn't be here with you .." Jimin mumbles, but enough for Yoongi to hear.

"Why?"

Jimin looked at him again, having second thoughts if he should answer or not.

"I -  Hoseok will be here in a minute. A-And, he told me he doesn't like it if i-i'm with you," Jimin lied.

He can see Yoongi staring straight at him, but didn't say a word.

"I'm sorry," Jimin apologized in which Yoongi just forced a smile in return, gesturing that it's okay.

"I just want to --"

Yoongi's words were cut off when the guy from before suddenly appeared and taps his shoulder.

"Yoongi we need to go," Jay said with a firm tone.

Yoongi looked at Jay for a second, before nodding and looks back at Jimin.

"I'm sorry Jimin, but i didn't know that you'll be here too so .." Yoongi apologized with a sad smile.

Jimin looked back with a hint of disappointment on his eyes, but still nod anyways.

"Don't worry, i'll do what you want.i'll stay away for good." Yoongi added meaningfully before gesturing for Jay to walk away.

Jimin just stare at him before looking down. A part of him wanted to stop Yoongi from going. He just want to tug on his sleeves and tell him to stay, but what's his right to do that anyways? It's already enough that he pushes Yoongi away when all the older ever wanted for him is to listen and forgive him.

He even had the guts to lie in his face about Hoseok coming, so he remain standing there on the corner of the shop, looking like a lost puppy.

When he finally had the courage to lift his head up and say goodbye, he let out a tiny gasp of shock.

Yoongi was looking at him straight in the eyes, his faces a mere inches away from him. Jimin couldn't help but to stare back, drowning himself into those dark brown orbs who is staring into him so intensely it kinda looks like it's sucking the life out of him.

Yoongi's eyes suddenly traveled down to Jimin's lips which is slightly parted and quickly went up back to Jimin's eyes. It was so quick, and fortunately Jimin noticed it so he did the only thing he could think of doing.
