"Sleep." Sabi ni Leion sa kabilang linya ng tawag.

Gabi na at hanggang ngayon, iniisip ko pa rin kung paano ko s'ya mapapasali sa varsity.

Bagay s'ya ro'n. At sabi n'ya nga, naaral na n'ya ang supposed-to-be na pag-aaralan ngayong semester. Ano ba talaga ang pumipigil sa kan'ya para sumali?

"Inu-update ko pa ang relationship status natin." I told him and laughed.

I heard him hiss.

"Ikaw? Why are you still up?" I asked habang hinahanap ko kung saan papalitan ang relationship status.

"I'm waiting for you to sleep."

"Hay nako!" I laughed. "It's still freaking 11 PM! Ang normal na tulog ko ay 3 AM." I reasoned out.

It's still early for me! Kaninang 10 pa n'ya sinasabi sa akin na matulog na ako.

"Sleep, Nicodaine. Staying up late is bad for your health." Mariing sabi ni Leion.

"I'll sleep later!" Sabi ko na lang at napangisi nang successful na mapalitan ang relationship status. "Cute!"

"What?" Tunog iritadong tanong ni Leion.

"Relationship status! Accept mo na." I told him.

Nang makita ko na na-accept n'ya na ay agad akong napahagikgik. I tagged Iñigo in the comment section.

Nicodaine Aceves Iñigo, sorry for your single ass.

"Why are you tagging your bestfriend?" Narinig kong matabang na tanong ni Leion.

I cleared my throat.

"Wala 'yun. Iñigo and I... we joke around each other a lot." I sighed. "Nagseselos ka ba?"

I suddenly felt conflicted. Madalas na pagselosan ng mga naging ex ko si Iñigo dahil sa pagiging malapit namin. I get angry at them whenever they get jealous and I would push them off. Pero kapag si Leion... I don't know. It scares me that I think, there's a possibility that I'd discard Iñigo and choose Leion if I had to choose between the both of them.

"I am." He said from the other line at natahimik kaming dalawa.

I sighed and closed my eyes. I chuckled to lighten the atmosphere.

"'Wag mong pagselosan 'yon. He's dumb and I don't like him romantically." I said. "Bakit mo pagseselosan 'yun?" I laughed, feeling good that I get to bash Iñigo behind his back.

"He's close to you." Ani Leion at napangiti ako.

I get a feeling that it's not that serious. He won't make me choose between the both of them. I can feel it.

"Nahalikan mo na nga ako, eh. Gaano pa ba ka-close ang gusto mo?" Halakhak ko at narinig ko ang buntong-hininga ni Leion sa kabilang linya.

"Shut up."

"Miss ko na 'yung halik mo, Li." I smiled. "Kiss ka nga! Parinig." Tawa ko.
