Today was the day, or so I was told by the person who had barged into my room and so rudely pulled me from the comfort of sleep and dreams. Struggling to sit up, I squinted around the dark room as I tried to figure out what to do from here, the warmth of the covers beckoning me to leave behind this disturbance and go back to sleep once again. But the covers were thrown to the floor before I had a chance to get a hold of them, and I felt a couple of hands snake their way around my body before I was lifted off of the bed. Someone else entered the room as well, their silhouette barely visible in the darkness, though I could hear them picking my bags and baggage that I had placed neatly in the corner of the room by the windows. I clung to the warm body that was holding me, wrapping my legs around their upper body and resting my head on their shoulder as I once again closed my eyes.

The house was dimly lit as we moved through the glass hallway. I squinted out through my thick eyelashes at the living room that could be seen through the big windows as we passed them and noticed how the big lamps that usually looked like bright bibbled of light now shone in a completely different way, almost glowing in the darkness before I closed my eyes once again.

I must've slept for a couple of minutes because I almost hadn't noticed how we had already moved down into the garage before someone carefully carried me into the car, putting my head on the headrest before getting in next to me. Other voices could be heard as well, Haechan's clear as it resonated through the vehicle, "It's 4.43 a.m. We're ready." So today was the day, we were really going now. The voices seemed to get further and further away, though, as the need to sleep came back even stronger than before and my eyelids felt too heavy to keep open. Letting my head rest on the shoulder of the man beside me, I took a deep breath and let a smile tug at the corners of my lips at the comfortable and rich smell of cologne that seemed to emanate off of him. Looking up one last time before falling asleep, I caught a glimpse of blue hair and a pair of dark eyes locking with mine before I felt my consciousness slip away.

I was woken up by a sudden gust of wind that was let into the car through the open door. The others were already getting out, carrying heavy bags as they moved across the paved road outside. Scrambling out of the car, I was met with the sight of a large jet that was parked a couple of hundred meters away in front of me, looking almost unreal as the sun began to rise behind it somewhere in the distance. The aircraft was almost completely black and looked almost as big as the plane that I had been on when traveling home from Venice.

A pat on the back made me turn around to face Jisung, whose cheeks looked flushed and rosy from the pink sky and early morning sun that shone on him. "Are you ready, y/n?" he asked, a hint of excitement in his voice as he motioned towards the plane. I didn't even get the chance to answer him before he continued, "It's a Lineage 1000E," he said, "Embraer, it's Brasilian. Doesn't it look great?" I didn't even know what to respond, and "is that yours?" was all that I managed to say. "Of course it's ours," Jisung said, "Weøre Trinity Six, y/n, we're professionals, we know what we're doing. You can't just plan a diamond heist if you don't have the necessary funds." And with that, he walked towards the plane, leaving me behind by the car, completely speechless for a moment before I scrambled after him, quickly doubling back to close the car door before making my way towards the plane as well.

My legs felt shaky and uncertain as I made my way up the stairs, ducking my head as I made my way onto the plane where a foyer was placed at the front, a comfortable-looking couch and plenty and room. I glanced into the empty cockpit before turning around to look down the almost 30-meter long aisle that went through the entire plane, letting my jaw drop at the sight. Carefully making my way through the gallery, I was greeted by one of several cabin zones. The others had gathered in luxurious seats in the far end of the plane. The baggage had already been put away, and the men were resting comfortably, slung across big lounge chairs, some already with beautiful glasses of whiskey in their hands.
