*six weeks later*

Colby's been glued to my side since the incident weeks ago. I didn't mind all that much, he glared at any guy who looked my way. I was the closest to him and Aj so I guess it made since. The nightmares haven't stopped yet, they flood my dreams every night. I wake up screaming only for Colby to be right there, he'll pull me close and whisper things until I go back to sleep.

I get to go back to school Monday, all the work Mr.Alexander gave me was finished ages ago. I'm almost always with Colby except for when he's at school.

Once Colby gets home we usually end up at his place for the night but sometimes we're at my apartment, which is in the same building. My body is still a bit achy but it's nothing I can't handle.

The doctors say I should be ok for swim season, it's like the only sport I actually do, it's just right for me.

I heard the front door open revealing my brother and our friends. I glanced up from my book. I was currently all cuddled up on the couch with a nice book.

Ash snatched my glasses off my face before putting them on. I groaned putting my book down.

"Can I have my eyeballs back?" I asked dully. Ashton laughed before handing them back to me.

"Let's watch movies together." Dallas suggested watching a movie, sitting on the love seat. Mike plopped down next to Dallas, if they aren't dating yet I'm going to hit them both. Everyone nodded in agreement to the idea, however it took us forever to agree on what to watch. 

I was a Amethyst sandwich between my brother and Colby. Although I was cuddling closer to Colby, that I did naturally. On the other side of my brother sat Ashton who made him self comfortable against Aj's side. Both their cheeks were tinted a light shade of pink.

We decided to watch IT chapter 2, scary movies were my favorite, event though scary movies are my favorite I still jump when something catches me off guard.

Colby chuckled lowly at me after a particularly surprising scene before he settled his arm around my waist gently. I only huffed in embarrassment before cuddling closer to him.

There was a particularly scary part that made me squeak before hiding my face in Colby's chest. He only laughed quietly before patting my head. The others laughed at me too before returning their attention back to the tv.

We had all be so focused on the Tv anxious to find out what would happen we didn't hear the front door open but we all screamed when it slammed shut. My mum walked around the corner concern etched on her face.

Her eyes trailed over to the tv before she laughed at us.

"Dinner will be ready soon, I'm guessing y'all are staying over?" She questioned looking between Aj and I. I shrugged before looking up at Colby.

"I'm down." Dallas said sitting up a bit, Mike only pulled her against him. Her face flushed a nice shade of red as she looked at him confused.

"Clowns scare me." He shrugged wrapping his arms around her waist. Everyone else watched them curiously for a moment.

After we finished the movie mum announced that dinner was ready, she made my favorite her homemade pizza's. How else was she gonna feed a bunch of hungry teenagers.

"Y'all can use the guest bedroom if you want, or you can all try to sleep between the two rooms." She suggested before disappearing into her room, mum must have been exhausted between working a dealing with the court hearings I have, she's gotta be.
