Izuku

The new girl is very nice. She's really cool but I wonder why she won't tell us her name? It's a little strange. So I stood up and introduced myself.

"Hello Dau. My name is Izuku Midoriya. My hero name is Deku."

"Hello Deku." She did a small wave but her mood has completely change. She's no longer smiling. She kind of looks annoyed. Maybe we have asked too many questions.

"Hi. I actually had a couple questions. One is that why don't you call us by our names? Why by our hero names?"

She sat there and thought about it for a second before smiling and shaking her head. It looked like she was arguing with herself.

"Well? I supposed it's because I am excited for everyone to become a hero. And though it's important for you to be yourselves? It's just as important to get your name out there. For everyone to know your name and for you to know that you guys will be the future heroes that everyone will look up too. You will be their heroes." She said and I felt the room light up. She's so inspiring. She looked around and then suddenly blushed. I could tell she was embarrassed and it was a little cute.

"S-Sorry if that was a little weird...." she stated and I shook my head.

"No, you have no need to apologize. I think we all needed to hear that. But here's my last question. You just said it was important for us to be ourselves? Who are you Dau? What is your real name?" I asked and she looked surprised. She was acting like she wasn't expecting anyone to ask that question. And then she looked away as if she was hurt.

"Well, Izuku-chan..."

She said my name...she didn't call me Deku...

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to-."

She just held up her hand and shook her head. Then she put her arms around herself as she hugged herself. We could all see she was in pain.

"No. I don't have a name, Izuku...my old name? Was the old me. A quirk less nobody who always got bullied and made fun....a nobody who was almost....killed...for being quirk less....the old me didn't know how to defend herself..."

She put her hands to her face and turned her back to us. I saw her shoulders moving and I heard her sick her breath in.

She was crying.

"D-Dau...you were...quirk less?" Uraraka asked her and she stiffened up. When she turned around she gave the class a smile. But we all knew it was fake.

"Yes. When I was younger. I didn't have a quirk like everyone else. Guess you could say I was a late bloomer." She said and I sat back down. No one had anymore questions. So she nodded as Mr. Aizawa got up from all the emotion in the room. He sighs and assigns Daus seat. She was assigned next to the window in the back.

"Now then, later today we will do some more training. It'll be like when you all trained with All Might. The groups will be different this time though."

Mr. Aizawa assigns all the groups and I was surprised when it was Kaachan and Dau vs Asui and Mineta. I'm sure Mineta was excited but I don't know about Kaachan. He doesn't like working with people he thinks is weak and judging from his judgment of Dau? He thought she was weak. Especially with what happened this morning.

"Are you kidding me?! I have to be out with Bloody Mary over here??" Kaachan yelled. He was not happy.

"Don't be annoying Bakugo. Just try to get along." Mr. Aizawa said as he dismissed the class to the training grounds.

Kaachan and Dau watched as the training went on. Yaoyorozu and Uraraka were going against Aoyama and Ashido. Tenya and Ojiro vs Kaminari and Kirishima. Koda and Sato vs Jiro and Shoji. Todoroki and Tokoyami vs Sero and Hagakure. And then I was kinda left out. Mr. Aizawa said I could pick to be in a group of three. But I told him I wasn't feeling very well. It was a lie but I just wanted to watch everyone.

I looked over at Dau and Kaachan. He looked anxious to get into the fight but Mr. Aizawa said they'd be last. Dau didn't care but it was driving Kaachan crazy.

But I'm excited.

I'm excited to see what else Dau can do.
