It was early morning in Dragon island and Hiccup was walking along the beach with Toothless enjoying the nice quiet time they had together, he liked it, no academy duties, no crazy out of control dragons to train and more importantly no rules, he loved it

"Hey bud, what are we gonna do if Astrid finds us? do we go home? do we stay?" he asked, Toothless gave him a look as if to say 'you don't need me to tell you that answer', Hiccup sighed and looked out to see and took in a deep breath of the ocean air with his arms stretched out and his eyes closed, he exhaled and his arms dropped and eyes opened his perfect harmony

"I thought dragon island would be crawling with monstrous nightmares, deadly nadders and other dragons, but so far all I've seen is a herd of terrible terrors, a timber jack, two typhomerangs and you" he said patting his head

Toothless growled happily and liked his riders face "awww come on Toothless really?" He said wiping off the slobber, he the. Noticed something on the horizon of the ocean, he pulled out a spyglass from a satchel that was attached to Toothless' saddle, he saw at least ten ships sailing towards them, then he noticed the ship at the front had a logo on the sail, a logo of a Skrill "Dagur!" he gasped "come on bud we need to get to higher ground" he said running to the cliffs and Toothless following not far behind

Astrid and Fishlegs finally arrived at Dragon island after a few hours of flying, exhausted and relived Stormfly and Meatlug landed on the soft sandy beach, the two dismounted their dragons and looked around, it was very quiet for some reason, they couldn't hear a single dragon or see one, it was really weird

"So where should we start looking?" Fishlegs asked "well if they came here they must have found shelter for the night" she said "so we need to find a cave" Fishlegs said with a smile as did Astrid "Astrid you go search the east and north side of the island and ill search the west and south" he said jumping onto Meatlug, Astrid nodded and jumped onto Stormfly and soon they were airborne and searching every cave they came across but throughout their search they found nothing

Astrid sighed as se had another empty find, she walked out the cave with a sad look on her face, as she walked over to Stormfly and jumped on her saddle she ordered her to take her home, when out of the blue a huge explosion rattled the island, Astrid gasped and as she turned around to see what it was she saw a huge cloud of purple smoke rising upwards "HICCUP!" she yelled and Stormfly flapped her wings as best as she could and flew towards them

She came to view with what happened and her eyes went wide with fear "oh no" she gasped as she saw Hiccup and Fishlegs fighting off Dagur's armada on their own "come on girl we have to help them" she said patting her side, Stormfly roared in response ad dove down into the battlezone, blasting fireballs and nets coming in all directions from the ships below

She eventually managed to find Hiccup and when she did she couldn't be happier to see him "HICCUP!" she yelled as she ran over to him with tears in her eyes, Hiccup heard her voice and saw her running towards her and his heart dropped "Astrid?" He gasped, open arms soon met tight hugs and lots of tears, Dagur and his men had retreated for now, but they'll be back

Hiccup and Astrid broke their hug and as soon as they did Astrid needed to do something she wanted o do before he left "OW!" Hiccup yelled rubbing his arm as Astrid hit her "what was that for?" He asked "that was for leaving me without saying goodbye" she said, Hiccup looked over at Toothless who just sat there and did nothing but laugh "and this is for everything else" she said as she gripped his tunic and pulled him into a deep passionate kiss

Fishlegs couldn't help but smile from ear to ear at the young couples love, they broke their kiss and let their foreheads touch as they just smiled and enjoyed their time
together, but their moment was ruined when a chain was wrapped around Astrid's waist and she was pulled from his grip "ASTRID!" he yelled as she fell to the floor and two Berserkers came and restrained her with a knife to her throat, Hiccup didn't dare move as he couldn't bare if her death was on his hands

Hiccup stood there and all that was heard was the wind in the air, the waves crashing into the beach and an evil cackle of laughter as Dagur walked into view from behind the two men "well isn't this just a turn of events, she wanted to be the rescuer, when really she will e the rescuee" he said grabbing her jaw and getting very close to her face

"LEAVE HER ALONE!" he yelled at Dagur, fury boiling in his veins "or what, oh is little Hiccup going to hurt me when I have his little girlfriend" he said in a squeaky mimicking voice, Hiccup looked at Astrid and he saw the fear in her eyes as the two men pushed the blade against her delicate skin, a tear slipped down her cheek as she mouthed the words 'help me'

"Take her to the ship boys and set sail as soon as possible for Berserker island" Dagur told his men as he folded his arms and smiled evilly "I'm sure she will be great to have some fun with" Dagur said and his men turned away and dragged Astrid to the ship as she was kicking and screaming and soon the ship left the beach and went I to the mist disappearing from sight, Hiccup's blood was now burning, he felt so much anger and hatred and he felt the urge to let it all out on Dagur an make him pay for what he has done

And just like that he did, but he felt.....powerful, as he let his anger out his eyes turned purple and he body glowed a bright blue colour and what scared Dagur the most was lightning bolts coming from his arms and hands, Dagur drew his sword and pointed it at him "let's dance" he said with a smirk

Hiccup then let out a mighty battle cry and so did Dagur, the two charge at each other screaming all the way, Dagur raised his sword and when he was close enough he brought it down, but Hiccup ducked and dived behind him and in very fast time he spun round and then something out of the ordinary happened, Hiccup made his hands claw like and screamed and as he did purple bolts of lightning shot from his hands and electrocuted Dagur making him scream

Hiccup continued striking him until Dagur was on his knees, the Berserker chief finally fell begging for mercy and Hiccup stopped, he walked over to him and gripped his throat choking him "harm Astrid and I will not hesitate to make sure you pay the price for what you have done" he snarled at him, Dagur nodded and with brute force Hiccup threw Dagur into the ocean, his body then stopped glowing and his eyes went back to their normal forest green and the bolts io his body disappeared

Shocked at the sudden act Fishlegs walked over to him cautiously "Hiccup?" he said nervously, Hiccup turned round and from the look on his face he was terrified of himself "what happened?" Fishlegs gasped "you just electrocuted Dagur with your own two hands" Hiccup looked at his hands and couldn't believe it, he was right he has some sort of ability to fire lightning from his hands

"I....I'm sorry" he said and he ran away as he whistled for Toothless and flew after Astrid's ship as fast as he could "we gotta save her bud...if I don't, ill never forgive myself" Hiccup said, then he had an idea that could help him, "maybe this whole...lightning....force...power, can aid me in my rescue" he said, he looked at his hands and felt the electricity in his veins, he clenched them into fists and it stopped "quick bud back to dragon island now, I have an Idea" Hiccup yelled and Toothless spun round and flew back to Dragon island at record breaking speed
