his ability is to manipulate the temperature of objects,plants,persons,basically everything that is inside of the 5-meters ratium range of his stand.
for exanple:
he can make the temperature so cold that he can imediately turn steam into ice.
or he can make the temperature so hot that he can melt any kind of iron."
