a;n I can't stress on it enough, It's really important that your relationships are healthy for you, no matter how much you love that person. If your personalities aren't the right mix and your relationship is toxic, a break will always help. Because if you're really meant for each other, you'll find each other again, after growing up as people and learning to be mentally more stable.
Yes you can be happy without them, no the world doesn't revolve around them, no, if they want to leave, it doesn't mean they're trying to hurt you, it means they want the best for you.
