Chapter 10

1 month later....

Hardins POV

It's around noon and Tessa and I have just finished breakfast. She has been planning a lot of weddings and I am working on my new book, where both sitting on the couch with our own laptop on our laps

Out of nowhere Tessa closes her laptop and lays her head on my shoulder holding my arm

"Soo Hardin I've been thinking, and I have decided that I want to have a gender reveal party" I close my laptop to look at her

"What do you mean I thought we both agreed to not have one"

"Well I was thinking maybe we could fly back to Washington to visit Karen, ken and my mom"

"Are you sure? Isn't flying bad for the baby"i scrunch my eyebrows

"No, I really miss them and I want this gender reveal to be special for us" I pull her legs to my lap and she wraps her arms my chest

"Can we go pleaseeee" she begs with her damn puppy eyes

"Fine" I roll my eyes smiling

"Yayy! Thanks babe" she tightens her arms making me nearly choke

"I'm going to go call Landon and ask if they can come with us" she gets up and walks up to our bedroom leaving me to the booking

I open up my laptop and book the nearest flight to Pullman

6 days later....  (Tessa POV)

It's around 8:30 and are flight is at 10, I have already gathered our bags and got ready. We decided to stay with ken and Karen for a week. After I go through my checklist I head to the bedroom to see a sleepy Hardin

"Hardin you need to get ready and I mean now! We're going to be late!" I pull on his arm dragging him off the bed

"I'm up I'm up jeez" he gets up and heads to the closet to change. I'm wearing an all black outfit wearing one of Hardins black sweaters due to the cold December weather and my signature black yoga pants

Hardin gets out of the closet and stops to look at me, " No way Tessa you are not wearing that, do you have any idea how many men will be checking you out wearing those pants, not happening" he crosses his arms like a child

"Hardin I Can wear whatever I want!....and plus these are the only pants I can fit in" I whisper in embarrassment

"In that case your fine" he smiles

we grab our luggage and head out the door to see a black SUV waiting for us. The kind driver takes both of our luggage's and puts them in the trunk, me an hardin sitting in the back

We finally arrive the airport and grab our things, the airport is so cold and slightly packed due to the time of the year

After the dreadful security check, we start walking to our gate until we hear squeals from behind us. I turn around and see a group of girls running up to us

"Hi are you Hardin Scott!" One of the girls squeals, Hardin looks at me then back to the girls giving them a fake smile

"Ya..sure am" he replies

"Can we take a picture with you!?" Another girl asks

"Of course" they all stand next to him

"Do you mind taking the picture?" The girl asks me

"Ya I'll take it" I smile and proceed to take the picture. I give the girls phone back and they say their goodbyes. Hardin and I walk back to our gates and sit down

"Babe your famous now" I laugh and Hardin smiles back shaking his head

As we wait for our plane Hardin is on his phone and I am reading a book. I feel the vibration of my phone and pick it up, it's a text from Landon.

"Oh Landon just texted me that they are already on their plane" I nudge Hardins shoulder
She nice to him" I giggle

"Or what?" he smirks placing his hand in between my thighs

Millions of butterflies are filled to my stomach and I can't help but blush

"Are you blushing Theresa?" He whispers In my ear

"Noo" I smile holding my belly

He lays his hands on top of mine " how is our baby doing" he looks at me

"Good, I wonder if it going to be a boy or girl, Karan said the doctor told her already and that she is going to make a cake with the color of the gender" i smile

"I can't wait to see them I miss them so much" my eyes get watery

"Awe my sensitive girl" he leans closer to me and I lay my head on his shoulders

Ten minutes go by and we finally step on our plane, Hardin bought us first class seats, I sit near the window and wait till take off

"Are you good, do you or the baby need anything?" He holds my hand and squeezes it

"I'm good thank you" I smile

The plane starts moving and I close my eyes, Hardin holds my hand tight

When the plane flys off the ground I look over to the window to see the view, New York really is the prettiest city to look at. The buildings are high and the lights are bright, I look over to see Hardin smiling at me, I lean over to kiss him

"I love you" he says after the kiss

"I love you too"

"Don't say too, it sounds like your just agreeing with me" he smiles and I let out a quiet laugh

Hardin and I slept mostly the whole ride holding on to each other in the tight space.
