4 months later......

Hardin POV

It was a normal morning, Tessa just finished making breakfast with a belly that has grown to the point where it is noticeable and her mood swings are uncontrollable.

She made her favorite, pancakes eggs and bacon and her craving avocado toast. We would eat and talk about random things and stuff about the baby. Tess is one month away from knowing the gender of our baby, and we both decided to not throw a big party. We still didn't know a lot of people in our area other than Landon and Sofia so there was simply no point.

"Oh by the wayy we are babysitting today" she plays with her food not looking at me

"What..."

"Landon and Sofia are going out of town, her father is sick in the hospital and they didn't want to bring addy there"

"How long are we babysitting for"

"Three days...." she almost whispers

"Three fucking days! Tessa no way that's too fucking long. I refuse"

"Hardin, this is Landon and Sofia they really need our help here... and on the bright side this can be our way of practicing of having a baby" her eyes brighten up

"And also umm...remember seirra that girl I met at the airport"

"Tessa no wa-"

"Ya she wants us to babysit aspen too"

"Doesn't seirra have other fucking people to babysit her kid" I raise my brow

"No, she doesn't know anyone here, her parents were deported to Canada, Poor thing shes gone through a lot. She just texted me this morning asking if we can babysit because she has to go to this important meeting"

"Can't the baby's father take care of her"

"He's out of town Hardin" she glares at me

"Ok what about her new boyfriend?"

"He's at a business trip"

"How convenient" I roll my eyes

Tessa phone buzzes from the table

"It's seirra she almost here" she looks up to me

"Great" I groan

"Hardin I know it's a lot for you but can you promise me you'll be good" she stand up walking over to my side of the table

"Tess I'm not a child, I can handle myself" I glare at her

"Ya, ok" she chokes a laugh

"Shut up will ya or I'll fuck you on this table" I grab her to sit on my lap. suddenly the doorbell rings interrupting us. Fucking great

"Oh that must be seirra" she stands up and walks to the door

Tessa POV

I walk my way to the the front door and open it to see Sierra in work clothes and little aspen standing next to her. Aspen has definitely grown, she's already 1 years and a couple of months and she is already walking and talking.

"Hey! I'm so sorry I made you guys babysit her in such short notice, my work didn't tell me there was supposed to be a meeting today" she sound so rushed
