Back when they were Genin, Team 7 had a mission that needs to escort a Pregnant woman who bares a child that probably will have a special visual prowess.
"Really Mei-san? your husband's clan have that power to see who is your Soulmate?" the Pink hai...
"Why would I do that? There's a defenseless girl here standing at the lake and I'm a man. . Would you guess what will happen?"
She get herself in fighting stance. "You said you mean no harm."
"I guess I change my mind." He look at her like an eagle looking at his prey.
Why would she swim around here barely dressed and letting her guard down! Is she an idiot!? He said at the back of his mind getting annoyed at her sight.
Sakura sprint up from the surface of the lake landing on the cliff where the man standing at.
He turns around swiftly.
"Are you saying I'm a weak woman who can't defense herself from a guy who can't control his libido like you?" She said in her sweetest voice.
"Maybe. . ."
Her eyes turns two shades darker and prepare to punch this man in front of her.
It only takes a second before she got a held of what happened next. Her two hand were on hold at her back. It was gripped by the man who she about to pummel.
"Too slow." She heard him whisper through her ear.
He pressed his body against the curve of her back.
"YOU—!" It somehow gave her a goosebumps.
"Be more on your guard. Sakura"
Her eyes widened as she heard her name through his lips.
She didn't say her name so why did he know hers?
Her heart skipped a beat and the last thing she saw was two pair of crimson iris with three tomoes in each eyes before she fall back to slumber.
By the time she woke up, she was in her room on the hotel she's staying at Sunagakure.
She barely remember anything.
She only remember the time when she was picking up some herbs and nothing more.
She was informed by the ninjas of Sunagakure, The head of hospital in Suna was worried at her long absence so he ordered to fetch her. The ninjas found her lying on a cold rock near lake soaking wet on her dress.
It's odd because she doesn't remember getting wet on the lake.
Maybe it was because of the sudden heat of the sun that's why I passed out.
But that doesn't answer the question why she is wet all over her body and clothes.
She dismissed it immediately sensing headache coming just about when she think furthermore.
When the month of staying at Sunagakure was over she was back on her track on training and trying to catch with her two teammates who left her.
She sometimes train with Team Guy and Team Asuma.
During the absence of her own teammate, these two teams make Sakura feel less left alone. They would fetch her on their own during her day off or sometimes after her shift from Hospital.
Three years after Sasuke left. Naruto returned from his Journey with Jiraiya.
They sparred with Kakashi that day, testing what they has improve while they're Masters are watching.
Sakura cry in front of him after they're left alone together.
"I missed you." She hugged him tight.
Naruto were momentarily shock at what happened because his childhood crush was crying, hugging and says she missed him.
He hugged her back. "I miss you too Sakura-chan. I'm sorry it takes years for you to wait. I won't make you feel lonely anymore. Besides I have a promise to you didn't I? I will bring him back."
She cried harder at Naruto's thoughtful words smites right through her heart. "Thank you Naruto. really."
They hugged each other that cold night until they're satisfied.

But not too far from them someone is hiding through the shadows of tree watching them hug each others in their arms. From this person's point of view, Naruto had his back on view while he had a sight of Sakura's crying face.
"Tch. You love me all of your heart eh? " He hissed through his clenched jaw.
He left not wanting to finish the scene unveils in front of his eyes.
I knew from the start that it's him all along.
He reminisced the day he woke up from his slumber at that cave when they had a mission to escort a pregnant lady and ended up delivering the baby that day.
He remembers that day he walked out and unexpectedly stumble with someone. Someone he didn't really know he would encounter.
After that encounter,
