So before going into the update I'd like to explain something. A lot of you didn't like the misunderstanding but it was necessary because previously sana was going with the flow, acting on whatever happened around her but no confession happened so she needed to realize her mistakes and also a confession had to happen so that's why that part happened. I hope u guys understand after reading this part.
So onto the update...

Sana was waiting at home for sidharth, ready for the accusations, but somewhere inside she wanted to trust him and wished it was a misunderstanding. Disrupting her thoughts sidharth walked in and gave her a dull smile, before going to change.
It was quiet in the house, both lost in their own thoughts, thinking about how to bring it up in a conversation. Sana prepares dinner, and they quietly eat it without being distracted by each other. the silence was killing them both and finally sidharth figured something was wrong with sana as she usually wasn't that quiet so he questions her
Sid – "kya hua tume" disrupting her chain of thoughts
Sana – "kuch ni" trying to open up but couldn't
Sid – "bolo bi" insisting because he knows something's up.
She hesitates but lets it out, also scared of the consequences
Sana – "Rashmi tumhari vanity me kya kar ri thi..."
She dropped the bomb, and sidharth was shocked at what he heard, he understood what she was trying to say and he stares at her with disappointment. His expressions and the disappointment on his face give her the answers she was waiting for and she mentally cusses herself for overthinking. He walks towards her to answer but after everything they went through he was just disappointed with her questions.
Sid – "you know what, I'm not gonna answer, I can't with your questions. Tum thakti nahi ho ye sab soch ke, muje laga you started to trust me again but it's the same as before" in an angry and hurt tone.
He lets out his emotions and walks towards his room, kicking a chair on his way to take out his anger.
Sana just stands there cursing herself for doubting him and regretting asking that question. She would have believed him before too but her insecurities got in the way.
She rushes after him to the bedroom to clear everything. As she walks in to the room she sees him sitting on the chair holding his head. She felt guilty for doubting him. He didn't give any clarification but she could tell how much she hurt him and that showed her accusation was baseless.
She walked towards him trying to talk to him
Sana – "sidhaarrthh"
He avoids her, and is still thinking about her medical reports. He had to tell her that too and on top of that, her stupid blames were getting to his head.
Sana – "sidhaaarrrthh please bat kar na, I'm sorry maine shaq kiya muje nayi karna chahiye tha, usi waqt pooch leti to siyappa na hota"
Sid – "shehnaaz please mat kar tang, ja ider se, so ja"
Sana – "muje ni sona" as she moves his arms to the side, and places herself in his lap.
He looks up at her and questions her with his eyes. He was so annoyed with her attitude but in that moment he almost started to melt admiring her beautiful face.
Sana – "I'm sorry" as she holds his face in her hands.
He just looks down trying to avoid eye contact.
Sana – "sidharth, us waqt samjh ni aya kya karu, purana sab yad a gaya. I'm really sorry muje usi waqt clear karna chahiye tha"
She places a soft kiss on his lips but he doesn't react. She tries to get him to talk but in vain.
Sid - "please shehnaaz ye sab mat kar" trying to get her off of his lap.
Sana was stubborn, she wouldn't get up until he was gonna talk.
She holds his face again telling him
"Karu gi, tab tak karu gi jab tak tu bat nai karta, I know maine bi bohot galtiya ki hai pehle but please sidharth maf kar de na, age se ni hoga"
He looks at her baby face trying so hard but still questions her.
Sid - "Tera pyar itna kamzor hai" looking into her eyes, hurt.
She looks at him in guilt and finally pours her heart out.
"mai bohot sochne lagti hu sidharth aur phir beech me insecurities a jati hai. Mujhe nai pata mai tumhare bina kya karu gi. Maine pehle nai bola ye but Tujhe khone se darti hu. Mai terese bohot pyar karti hu aur is bat ko koi badal ni sakta, I'm really sorry maine hurt kiya tujhe"
Sidharth melted after listening to her, letting all her feelings out. Her sorry was compelling enough that he gave in.
He leans on her forehead with his, having a slight smile on his face.
Sid- "I love you too meri Jaan"
She leans on his chest nuzzling into his neck, where she felt the most protected. She softly kisses him on his neck sending chills down his spine, making him throw his head back, and giving her more access.
She slowly kisses him along his neck, mostly his throat which was the sensitive spot for him.
He moves his head up and pulls her into a kiss. He forgets about whatever happened and didn't care for the future, that moment was everything for him. They passionately kiss while roaming their hands all over each other.
***Sid's POV
I was so lost in the kiss and forgot about what I had to tell her. She looked irresistible sitting on me with her legs on either side. She sucked my lower lip and bit it in between making me hiss. I was lost in that moment when I noticed her hands slide down from my chest to my abs and then to the zipper of my jeans. She slowly opened it while moving her face down to my abs, kissing and licking. I helped her In removing her and my own clothes. Soon we were touching each other without any barriers in between. I held her from the waist, helping her maintain her rhythm as she moves until the buildup, She digged her nails into my skin making it bleed while reaching a point of climax. Both of us panting, lean on each other to catch our breath.

Sidharth holds her close and kisses her on her head, while she kisses on his chest. They confessed their feelings and got rid of any misunderstandings, finally becoming one from the heart.
He hugged her tight and was thinking he should tell her about her condition but couldn't gather the courage to do so. He didn't know how she'd react and was scared for her. His grip on her tightened and she felt him holding her like everything depended on it. She felt a weird silence and could guess he wanted to say something but she didn't want to break that moment and kept quiet hugging him tight and eventually falling asleep.
