Her Sensei can bring the pregnant woman to the hospital but by the time of that the baby could possibly— not survive or worse both of the Pregnant woman and her baby would not survive.

She just started a training to the Fifth Hokage, which is Tsunade
Senju. But it's just a couple of month ago.
She have seen how to deliver a baby when she'd help at their Hospital but never really the one who delivers the baby.

But in this case were lives is in line. . .

Sakura said not thinking twice.
" I'll do it."

She hurriedly get her sleeping bag laid it next to the woman. She easen her and commands her to lay down to the comft of the mat.

Sasuke do not agrees with what her pink-haired teammates doing. "What are you doing Sakura!? You can't do that its too—"

"It's a matter of life Sasuke. It's possible if I try."
There's a determination sparks on her eyes.
The first time he sees her eyes like this.

"Well then, what do you need Sakura?"
Their sensei cut off the tension between his two subordinates.

"Thank you sensei. Right now I need a clean warm water and a clean towel. A lot of it."
Sakura said while checking up on the pregnant woman.

As Sakura got what she says,
She kicks out her two teammate while her Sensei was at by her side as her assistant on delivering the baby.

Naruto and Sasuke we're seated outside thd branch of the tree near the cave.

"It's unfair. I want to help to."
Naruto said hugging his knees.

Sasuke rest his back at the trunk of the tree crossing his arm over his chest. "Usuratonkachi. You can't do anything. Let them handle this."

"Teme! What did you sa—!"

A painful scream from the pregnant woman was scream to be followed by Sakura's voice.
"Come on Mei-san push harder! I can see the peak! "

"That's look painful."
Naruto cringe hearing the hollowed scream coming from the cave.

Allas.

After plenty of screams and encouragement.
A cry of a baby follows.

It was success.

"Oh! Did you hear that teme? The baby comes out, that means Sakura-chan did it! Let's go and see."
The fox-boy got up immediately hopping off the branch of the tree and goes in to the cave.

While Sasuke slowly got up and a smirk can be seen on his lips.

When they got in, Sakura just finished cleaning the baby and give it to her mother.

"Congratulations Mei-san it's a boy." Sakura smiles at Mei who is looking tired after screaming and pushing out of her son.

Just as she gave the infant, and got up.

Sakura's world drifted.
Her surroundings blurred she was about to fall in the ground but a pair of tern hands catch her limp form.

Sasuke looks at his Sensei while carrying Sakura.

"She uses her chakra while and after delivering the baby. It probably consumes a lot and ended up getting her fully exhausted. Let her rest for now."
His Sensei said.

And tells them to get a rest too, especially to the newly mother and her baby.

Sasuke laid his pink-haired teammate to his sleeping mat because hers was in use of the mother and son.
Just as he laid her and covers her with his blanket he seats right next to her.

"Oi teme! She can sleep with me!"
Naruto whispered angrily not wanting to wake others up. Specially Sakura.

" Tch. With you who always kicks and roll when asleep? I think not."

Naruto grumbles ant mutters incoherently words when he laid to his sleeping mat and turn his back to Sasuke and Sakura.

When everyone is asleep.

Sasuke checks up on Sakura.
He saw her serene sleeping face covers with some of her pink strands of hair.
He lifts up his hand and involuntary brushed back her hair behind her ears.

He didn't know she knows this kind of things.
Behind their back, she's studying and learning medical things.

A swell of churn feels on his stomach.
He remembers what he said earlier to her.

That if she had a time to think to have a date why don't she train and she can't do it.

He didn't know.

He laid beside her and letting sleep drifts on him.
