"You almost flicked away my brain and my memories, dude!" Inis na sabi ni Lucas at hinawakan ang noo niya.

"Ayusin mo kasi 'yang pananalita mo." Mahinahong sabi ni Blu sa kanya at hinipan na ang kape. Umirap nalang si Lucas at uminom na tsaka tumingala. The stars in the sky were plenty. Sumandal na si Lucas sa kotse at ganun rin ang ginawa ni Blu.

"Dude, how come we always fight in front of the team?" Tanong ni Lucas at uminom na naman. Blu sighed.

"Because you're too shy to admit that you're just as friendly as everyone. Kung bakit ba kasi gusto mong maging matatag ka sa mga mata nila? We're a team, you know. They should know that part of you." Pagpapaliwanag ni Blu.

Lucas just shrugged his shoulders.

"I don't want to lose my character. And besides, bagay ba sa mukha kong 'to ang ngumiti? Audin said my smile creeps him out." Agad na natawa si Blu dahil dito.

"Para ka naman kasing papatay kapag ngumingiti ka. It just shows na hindi ka talaga sanay ngumiti." Ani Blu and Lucas didn't bother disagreeing to what he said dahil may punto naman si Blu. Hindi sanay ngumiti si Lucas.

"Of all the creatures who'd I'd share a drink with, ikaw pa na gustong-gusto kong ibaon sa lupa." Mahina lang natawa si Blu dahil sa sinabi ni Lucas.

"We both want to bury each other underground. The feeling is mutual." Siniko agad ni Lucas ang tagiliran ni Blu na hindi man lang natinig at uminom pa ng kape. "Hmm, keep your friends close but keep your enemies closer nga talaga." Ani Lucas at tumango naman si Blu bilang pagsang-ayon.

"At bakit kaya tahimik ka lang kapag nandiyan ang team. If they knew you're such an asshole like me, huh, who knows how they'll react." Napangiti lang si Blu dahil sa sinabi ni Lucas.

"Lucas, we're not assholes. We're friends, dude." Agad na natawa si Lucas dahil sa sinabi ni Blu.

"Yeah, right. Friends who like the same girl, can't be friends. Take note of that, Van Saint." Sabi ni Lucas sa kanya. Mahina namang tumango si Blu at nagbukas ng isang pack ng chips.

"And I prefer to listen to the team." Dagdag ni Blu at dun na sumang-ayon si Lucas. He too, also liked listening to their team building up a plan or just throwing jokes at each other.

"And if you really are my friend, then you're by far the weirdest friend I had. Sino ba naman kasing makikipagkaibigan sa kaagaw niya diba?" Tanong ni Lucas na nagpatawa lang kay Blu.

"Lu, we're not in a competition to see who gets Zia's heart. We're in a team, we happen to like the same girl, we happen to relate to that feeling and for odd reasons, ang daldal ko kapag ikaw ang kausap ko." Humagalpak ng tawa si Lucas dahil sa sinabi ni Blu kasi pati siya ay madaldal rin kapag kausap si Blu na silang dalawa lang.

"Maybe it's because we both lost our brothers." Sandaling natigilan si Blu dahil sa sinabi ni Lucas. He lost his elder brother and Lucas accidentally killed his own brother. And yes, Lucas told him about it. Lucas told Blu many things.

With their loss, they're finding comfort from someone. Someone that is just like them, thinks like them and feels the same way as them.

"If only we didn't like the same girl, you would've been my brother now, Van Saint." Blu smiled at what Lucas said.

"The moment our team became permanent, we all became brothers whether you like it or not." Napailing nalang si Lucas sa sinabi ni Blu pero ngumiti rin siya at nagpabukas na naman ng isang bote ng beer kay Blu.
