"Okay Devon you can do this, it's not that hard" Devon mumbled to himself while standing in front of your front door.
Tonight was the senior prom and Devon had asked you to go with him. You had been dating for a while now but he still hadn't found the guts to kiss you. He decided to just do it tonight so that he wouldn't stress about it anymore.
He raised his hand to knock on your door but just as he did so you opened it. Your face was inches away from his.
"You look beautiful" Devon said smiling.

After saying goodbye to your parents you closed the door and grabbed Devon's hand.
