Outside Donna house the doctor was still trying to get into the car.
"He's going to choke. Doctor"

"ATMOS is running wild, sir. It can't be stopped, it's everywhere. The whole planet."

"Like amniotic fluid for Sontarans. That's why they're not invading. They're converting the atmosphere, changing the planet into a clone world. Earth becomes a great big hatchery.
