This change has been made once the government realized that crime has been growing exponentially, murderers roaming the streets as if it was their personal playground. They needed to take action.
The country was split on this decision to make all crime punishable by death. Some people supported it, saying that crime shouldn't even be a problem in the first place. Others think that it's wrong. They say that some people just make bad decisions and should be given a second chance.
