Nibutani's Pov: We finally finished cleaning the so called 'club room', what was the club supposed to be anyways? I put on my cheery smile once again, I look at Yuuta, "Hey Yuuta, what is the club even supposed to be?" I give him a smile, patiently waiting for an answer. "This club is about some magic nonsense, and what not. I didn't even come up with the club in the first place, Rikka did." he shrugged, 'Whose Rikka?' I question myself, slightly confused.
I was about to ask Yuuta, but I was interrupted by the door opening, to reveal a girl I never seen before. She had short dark blue hair, a chunk was tied back by a yellow ribbon, with a strand sticking up on her scalp, she wore an eye patch that covered her right eye, her one visible eye was cyan.
The girl rushed into the club room, and went straight over to Yuuta, "I have found you Dark Flame Master, why did you abandon me?"
I narrowed my eyes, " Dark Flame Master?" I state in disbelief. Yuuta flushed red from embarrassment, while the other girl nodded, "Correct, he is the Dark Flame Master, a very powerful warrior indeed." She stares at Yuuta with admiration, while Yuuta flushes even more red. I looked at the weird girl, "What is your name again?" I questioned, The weird girl just smiles, and starts doing this weird pose, "You may address me only as the Eye of the Wicked Lord, peasant." I scowled, 'Who does this girl think she is! How dare she call me a low life peasant!'
Yuuta raises his left hand and karate chops her head, "Oww! Yuuta that hurtt!" She holds her head in pain. Yuuta let's out a sigh, "Her actual name is Rikka, she's just delusional." He stated. Rikka stoped rubbing her head and stood up straight, she looked at me, "What might you go by?" She asks. "My name is Shinka Nibutani, it's nice to meet you Rikka." I faked a smile, 'This girl is so weird and annoying' Then I remembered the task at hand, I need to find the Mabinogion, so I can erase every trace of my humiliating past.
I begin to brainstorm, thinking of a way I could get my hands on that book, 'Think Shinka think! What can I do to make this process easier.' I look around the club room, 'I got it! I'll join the club. Once I get the book, I can just quit!' I clear my throat, "Hey guys, I want to join the club, I won't be able to show up everyday, since I'm also in the theater club." Yuuta gave me a "really" look, but he dicided not question it . Rikka made her way to the end of the room, grabbed a clip board, and came back over to me, "Here, just sign the club application form, and you'll be an official member of the Far Eastern Magic Nap Society of Summer." Rikka hands me the clip board, I take it hastily, "What a name." I mumbled,
I began to answer everything on the application as fast as I could, once I'm finished, I sign my name, "Here you go Rikka." I say with a bit of irritation, Rikka takes the clipboard back from me and smiles, "Many thanks from the Flame Master, and Of course me, The Eye of The Wicked Lord." Yuuta ignored her comment and smiled at me, red blush slowly covered his face. "What do we do now?" I ask impatiently. Rikka's eyes filled with excitement, "We hunt for demons, I heard there are many located in Yuuta's apartment." I couldn't help but smile, maybe he has the book I desperately need, it's the only way to rid myself from my humiliating past
"Let's go to Yuuta's house now!" I yelled quickly, Yuuta stared at me and turned even more red, "Okay we can go now if you'd like." He looked away from me quickly, 'Probably embarrassed.' Rikka goes over to Yuuta, and grabs his hand, tugging him violently. "Yuutaaa...let's go now!" She begged. Yuuta stands up quickly, catching Rikka off guard a bit, he sighs, "Alright let's go." He stated. Rikka rushes out the door in no time flat, "Come on guys, move faster." I sigh, "Hey don't expect us to go at your pace!" I snap. Yuuta looked at me shocked by my sudden outburst, I realized I broke my character, "I-I mean I don't think we're as fast as you Rikka." I force my innocent tone out of my throat.
Soon enough we exit the school building, and make our way towards the train station. Me, Yuuta, and Rikka wait patiently for the train that would take us to Yuuta's house. Four minutes have passed and still no train, I was staring to get impatient! 'Hurry up you stupid train, I need that book!' My thoughts were interrupted by the sudden stop of our train, I let out a sigh of relief and begin to board the train along with Rikka and Yuuta. We make our way towards the back of the train, we sit next to each other in scilence. After twenty minutes or so, our train came to a stop. All of us got up from our seats, and began to exit the train.
