"How did you learn to do this anyway?" Molly sat down next to you, her mouth parted in surprise as she watched you quickly type. You looked over at her a bit annoyed she was leaning over you as you worked, but you continued.

"Books and hours of being a bored teen with no friends." You told her as you finished decoding the virus and went on to working on deleting it. "You don't have to reply to that." You told her. You knew she'd stutter over an apology of your childhood when there was no way she could've possibly helped and you didn't care anyway because you didn't have emotions as a kid so it never could have affected you anyway.

Before you completely got rid of the virus, you did additional work, trying to see if you could figure out where the virus had originated from.

"God, I need to secure our software." You shook your head, looking at all the loopholes anyone with extensive knowledge on programming could sift through to get into the hospital's files. You followed the codes all the way back to the beginning and sighed, trying to prevent anything like this from happening again. Before you deleted the virus the rest of the way, you downloaded its coding onto a flashdrive, in hopes you could later figure out an exact location from where it was sent.

Your phone began ringing and you quickly stumbled to answer it. "Sherlock." You breathed.

"Innocent." He sighed. Your heart dropped, even though you knew this would be the case. It was the reason Moriarty had gotten caught, you'd known it was going to end up this way.

"God, I'll be home soon. I just have a few things to tie up." You told him, before ending the call.

"What's wrong?" Molly questioned.

"Nothing, it's nothing." You shook your head, waving a hand at her. You turned back to the computer, typing rapidly to finally 100% delete the virus from the system. You sighed, watching as a bar began loading to push it out of the system. Once it finally loaded, you finished making sure the system was completely secure so no more mishaps like this would happen again. When you were finally satisfied with your work, you turned towards Molly who was still by your side.

"Just so you know, the virus truly wasn't your fault. Someone hacked into our system." You told Molly, pushing away from the computer to stand after what had been hours of work. You walked out of the lab with Molly following behind you.

"Wait, but why would anyone want to delete the hospital's files?" She practically read your mind as that was the question that had been bouncing around in your head. You knew who it had to be, but why? Why was always the question.

"I don't know." You told her, stepping into your office to collect more files you'd left behind. Molly continued to pester you with questions as you sorted through files and you sighed, picking up a stack and dropping them into her hands. "Do me a favor and finish these for me, since you're not busy. Call me if you need anything." You told her, leaving the hospital after packing up the flash drive and your laptop.

When you made it outside, you finally realized how much time had really passed. If the verdict had been given and you'd spent all that time collecting files for Molly to work on, it had to be close to getting late. You glanced at your watch, nodding in confirmation. You were ready to go home to see how Sherlock was after all this mess. You hailed a cab and hopped in.

When you arrived back at 221C, you walked past it and up the stairs towards 221B. You heard the violin being played softly and you knew that Sherlock must be thinking deeply about this whole mess. You didn't want to bother him. You walked into the flat without knocking and plopped onto the couch, pulling your laptop from your bag. Sherlock's violin playing quickly stopped and you didn't look up at him as you logged into the computer, plugging in the flashdrive. When Sherlock didn't say anything, you looked up at him to see he was staring at you with a look you couldn't quite read. You tilted your head at him, wondering what he was thinking at the moment.

"What?" You asked, closing the computer slightly to show Sherlock he had your attention if he needed to talk about something. He continued to stare at you, placing his violin down rather harshly. "Sherlock?" You questioned, reading his behavior that seemed to show he was angry.

"You lied." He said, tapping his foot as he looked at you, his arms crossed. You looked up at him with furrowed eyebrows as he looked down on you with a hurt? Or maybe a sad expression on his face.

"What do you mean I lied, about what?" You asked, now pushing the laptop aside and looking at him with a frown. You closed the laptop softly as you stood to be on his level.

"I was thinking- while you were gone, and something kept bothering me. You said you had called Dr. McClendon, but something didn't fit. Something..." He studied you and you laughed, looking at him as you shook your head.

"Sherlock, you're being paranoid. You want to ask Dr. McClendon if I called?" You raised an eyebrow at him as you placed a hand on your hip. By the look on his face you knew he already had. "You asked him already. You have nothing to worry about." You stepped closer to him to grab onto his hands. He looked at you, like he wanted to say something. Whatever was on his mind, he held back as he pulled you into a hug. You hugged him back, worried he had figured something out. But if he had, the Sherlock you knew would definitely call you out on it. Unless he too was hiding something... "I'm worried about you, Sherlock." You told him as he hugged you tighter, his chin resting on your shoulder. You pulled back from the hug to look up at him and he seemed to be returning to his normal self.

"Worried? You're worried about me?" He asked, shaking his head as he went to sit in his chair a bored sigh escaping his lips. You looked at him through narrowed eyes before you shook your head at him, deciding he would be okay, but still looking out for him all the same. You were sure he was just frustrated that Moriarty had been declared innocent and was now walking the streets as a free man. Knowing that any day now his plans could unfold was rather petrifying, but you weren't going to let that stop your time with Sherlock and you sure as hell weren't going to let Moriarty affect Sherlock in that way either. You were tired of living in fear and now you knew that you had to find out Moriarty's plan and try to stop it before it ever occurred.

You went back to your laptop, opening it and pulling up the uncoded virus as you continued to trace it back from where it started. Sherlock glanced at you as you worked, looking busy as he walked to the kitchen to work on something.

"What are you working on?" He finally asked, leaning to see you from the kitchen. You looked down at the screen, squinting as you followed another clue back through the virus.

"Someone sent a virus to our software at Barts, I'm tracing it back to the address it was sent from." You told him as you typed, getting closer by the seconds.

"Why?" You looked up at Sherlock with a weird expression after that.

"To find out who sent it?" You answered as if it were obvious, because it was obvious. He nodded casually, turning back to whatever he was working on.

He looked back up at you after a moment. "You think that..."

"Yes." You nodded. "I don't know why though. Maybe seeing where it sent it from might help." You continued to squint down at the screen as you typed. "Well that's weird..." You marveled, finding out where the virus had come from.

"What?" Sherlock asked, standing from his spot at the kitchen table to walk over to you. You looked up at him with a worried and confused expression.

"The virus was sent from here."
