Violet POV:
Beeep beeeep ........beeeep my phone rings
"hello" I say while yawning checking the clock oh its 6:55
"hey violet" mom says through the phone
"good morning uhm mom why in the hell are you calling me so early in the morning" I asked while getting up to the bathroom
"I called to you to check if you received the ball invitation plus you where the one who told me to remind you of it in advance" mom said
"what ball" I asked confused
"the yearly ball .... The one that you attend every year, please don't make me come and drag you to it" mom scolded
"oh, thaaat ball its already that time of the year ..... do I really have to go" I pleaded
"do we really have to go over the same conversation every year yes, you have to come dress proper your sister should be in the country around this time of the year so both of should shop for a dress together" mom said
"okay fine I will bye mom I need to get ready for my morning jog" I replied not really focusing on what she's saying
I throw my phone on the bed and walk in my walk-in closet to change into my sport cloths after I am finished I go for my morning jog.
jogging down the street while listening to music is the best feeling in the world, it feels like if you run hard enough you may be actually be able to fly
anyhow after my morning jog I take a quick bath, eat breakfast and get ready for work its already 8:45 I should be at work at 9:15
I hurry and get in my work car and drive peacefully to the hospital
Ding' my phone dings
Spoke to fast 'sigh' i check to find that its my younger brother texting me about work at the company I am not in the moos of, so I ignore it
Finally arriving at the hospital, I park at my designed park area and walk to my office
"violet" my best friend literary screams from a mile away
"Allison calm your titt's it's too early for that" I replied smiling while waiting for her to catch up to me
"good morning to you too" she replies in sarcasm walking together
"anyway, I got to go to find a boyfriend for you" she said running away before I can scold her
I get to work and soon its break time, so I go to the break room to find the whole group there on the sofa staring at me
"Allison, Austin and Danielle what did you guys do now" I say calmly while getting myself a cup of coffee
"we didn't do anything what are you talking about" Austin replies while looking guilty
"then why all of you look like you killed someone and am the judge of it, come on spill" I say
"well you see...Allison said that you have a secret boyfriend, so Austin went to check your office while you were in the bathroom when your phone rang and the screen said Venice..." Danielle explained
"so basically, you snooped through my stuff" I said raising my eyebrows
"I wouldn't call it snooping its just best friends trying to see if he is a good guy for you" Austin says
"nah I just wanted the juicy tea" Allison says while looking at me in suspension "so who is Venice"
I burst out laughing while they stare at me as if I lost my mind
"Venice is my younger brother" I clear up while laughing
"ohhhh" they all say at the same time
"well we still have to find you a man" Allison says, while the rest agrees with her
"the day when you and Austin stop sleeping around and start dating will be the day I find myself a man" I smugly say
"this is not about us" Allison says while huffing
"anyway, guys I won't be able to hang out this weekend like usually I got some family gathring that I need to go to" I say tiredly
"omg whyyyyy this weekend we where going to have a sleepover together" Allison says in a whiny ton
"let's shift that to next weekend then" I say simply while finishing my coffee
After catching up and eating lunch with my friends I finish my work and go back home dead tired how can I not be tired even thought I work as a doctor I still take care of my family business buts all worth it better then always being the center of attention of many fake people even thought it feel good to put some people in their place once a while
Next day
I wake up at 7 am finish my morning jog and my morning routine but I have a bad feeling since the moment I woke up I try ignoring it and procced with my day
At my lunch break hour while heading to the breakroom the closer I get the more i see people gathering over there I wonder why
"violet Violet" a familiar voice calls me
"oh no" I finally realize what the commotion is all about
"Vivian what in the world are doing here" I say while dragging her to get away from fans you wonder why
Well It's because my twin sister is a famous actress/singer while my brother is the president of our family business even thought I am the true owner but after THAT happened, I prefer to stay lowkey with my friends who don't really know who I am so I don't have to worry about being used by them
"well I came to see you and to go shopping with you for the ball" she said huffing
"how many times do I have to tell you people here don't know who I am, and I don't want them to know either" I told her sternly
"why do you want to stay lowkey is it because of HIM" Vivian stated sadly
"don't even say his name" I tell her shivering Vivian hugs me and softly tells me on how she's here and that she would protect me
"I am fine let's just go home and rest then tomorrow we will shop for the dress" I tell her
"okay let's drag Venice with us too it's been ages since the last time we all went shopping together" Vivian added
"let go to company tomorrow and drag him out with us then" I smirk while telling my twin sister
So, I take a leave and go back home and enjoy the rest of the night with my sister
