Saxophones echo throughout the countless hallways spreading in every direction. Asmodeus stands north, in front of Johnny. He is unnaturally tall, standing at almost two meters compared to the smaller frame of Johnny who is only a meter and seventy three centimeters. From behind Asmodeus looks like a normal man, with his silver-stranded black hair tied up in spiky flower vines he had taken from the previous chamber. His wine scarlet dress-shirt is tucked into a pair of dress pants. Draped over one of his shoulders is a black paludamentum, fastened to the collar of his dress-shirt. It reminds Johnny of a roman legion leader's draping, but this one was too short to be considered one.

He looked like a tyrannical prince. Which according to theology, he was. But Asmodeus had said to not believe such stories. Perhaps some details hold truth.

Johnny's tattered clothes had been replaced with a simple white tunic and shorts. Still shoe-less however, every step he took burned like coal as the ground was aflame. He dare not ask Asmodeus where they are going.

"Glutton, is there something you desire?" The booming voice of the demon sounded like crackling flames engulfing everything it touches. Johnny hummed, then replied "a pair of heat-resistant shoes would be nice" earning him a chuckle. A second later his feet were in a pair of boots which felt like mild water healing his charred soles. He did not thank the demon. Such was the gluttons fatal flaw.

"Sin is such a curious little thing isn't it?" Asmodeus glanced back at Johnny with a warm glint in his coal-black eyes. "You dare desire one thing too much and then; you get punished. I love sinners. Reminds me of myself" The flames burned Johnny to the very core, yet his body was completely unharmed. This must be what traditional hell feels like. "I do not believe in concepts like sin and just" said Johnny after a while. "My business shouldn't be the concern of gods, angels nor demons"

"Yet you were cast down to limbo were you not? Your sin outweighs any of your gluttonous peers. Do you know why the gods cast you down here?" Asmodeus stops walking and grabs Johnny's hand. "It's because selfish ambition and self-satisfaction is a direct threat to them"

Johnny grunted then cast his glance around the hall of fire. "And your goal is?"

"To make you the original sinner"

Asmodeus continues walking at a faster pace, dragging Johnny along. "Johnny was it? I'm going to make you a demon to rival the gods themselves, out of the very thing you were punished for"

Johnny stumbles along with the demon, mind racing at his blunt statement as he is dragged along. "Why would I agree to such a task? What do I stand to gain?" Asmodeus burts out into overjoyed laughter. "That's it! Those are the words of a man so greedy that not even death can overwrite his ways!" Giggling along, their journey continues in silence apart from the noir jazz playing from every angle and the joyful humming of the demon prince.

He would become the original sinner, whatever that meant. To rival the gods must entail some sort of benefits. Johnny adores prizes, gifts and achievements to the point of absolute greed. He is not ashamed of this. That is the very reason why Asmodeus chose him.
