• CHAPTER 4: MISSING YOU •

"Junghwan!!!" my dad screamed in a worried manner, he screamed louder than a thunderstorm as if his lungs are gonna pop out.

I just sat down inside the car, patiently waiting for dad, the sparkling tears from my eyes fell like rain drops.

It's all my fault, I regret it.

If I could just bring back the time.

"Junghwan! Junghwan!" he can't hold it any longer, his eyes poured out overflowing tears.

My beloved brother, will I see him again?

1:27 AM na, my eyes felt drowsy because of crying, I closed my eyes full of sadness and pain, I tried to sleep, hoping for a good dream.

Nagising ako bigla sa pagsigaw sa 'kin ni Seojoon.

I was really startled.

"6:50 AM na! Usually 6:00 AM gising ka na para gisingin ako, anyare ah?"

"Sorry..." I answered while yawning with my mouth wide opened.

"Mukhang late ka na ata na tulog ah..."

"Di naman..."

1:27 lang naman ako natulog

"By the way, hyung, kumilos ka na, baka ikaw pa dahilan ng pagka-late natin."

"Oo na boss, eto na nga eh."

Nag ready na ako, madaliang ligo lang dahil baka ma-late.

After our preparation, lumabas na kami at nag punta ng bus stop.

"The weather is nice today isn't it?" I sarcastically said while looking at the day-ruining dark clouds forming at the blue skies.

"Buti nagdala ako ng payong, sana hindi lumakas ang ulan." Seojoon replied.

We rode a bus to our school, as soon as the bus arrived in our school, we ran fast like the speed of light.

We're at risk of being late kaya sobrang nagmadali na kami.

Hingal na hingal kaming pumasok ng classroom na para bang galing sa karera.

Right after we sat down to our chairs, our English teacher, Ms. Choi went inside our room.

Ms. Choi is the complete opposite of Mr. Kim, Ms. Choi is kind-hearted and sweet.

"Good Morning class, I'm here today to make an announcement..."

Everyone's eyes are on her, we listened carefully.

"The test results are here in my hands right now..."

Here it is!!!

"I am really surprised about the results, I'm glad to tell you that one of your classmates got a perfect score in every single subject..."

The classroom was suddenly filled with whispers full of wows and doubts.

All of us were shocked, we were like rocks, unable to move.

Everyone stared at me with different facial expressions.

Some looks amazed, some looks doubtful.

"Ma'am, is this a prank?"

"No, it isn't, Mr. Kim himself checked your tests."

No way, this is impossible.

I know the tests were easy for me but...all of the subjects? That's so insane.

It's lunch break, Seojoon and I were sitting together in a table. Eating our delicious meal from this fine-looking cafeteria.

Everyone was looking at me, I got their attention. I didn't know that the news would spread really fast.

"Siya ba yung perfect sa lahat ng tests?"

"Ang galing naman niya!"

"Siguro nandaya yan..."

Rumors were all around the cafeteria, seems like the whole campus knows about it already. It was really surprising and fluttering, a normal guy like me would be known because of a test.

"Hyung, sikat ka na ah!" Seojoon whispered.

"Ang weird nga eh, lahat ng tao nakatingin sa 'kin hehe" sagot ko.

"Sus, madami naman talagang nakatingin sayo kahit dati pa eh, mas marami nga lang ngayon, ang gwapo mo kaya." sagot niya habang nakangiti.

"Oy, Di naman, gusto mo lang magpalibre eh, pero thank you pa rin."

"Joke lang ang pangit mo kaya..."

"Alam mo, ansarap mong saktan..."

Hinampas ko siya sa balikat, napalakas ata.

"Aray, sakit non ah, sa bagay famous na kasi kaya nanghahampas nalang."

"Well...perfect sa test eh."

"Aba pinagmamayabang mo yang score mo sa test ah, tingnan natin kung hangang kelan tatagal yang fame mo."

"Oy sorry na haha..."

While we're enjoying our talk together, someone suddenly approached the table we're sitting.

"Umm...excuse me Jaeseung, hehe" Junseong awkwardly said.

Anong sadya ni Junseong sa 'min?

"I really don't know how to say this..."

"Ano ba yun?" sagot ko.

"Can we be..."

The bell rang loudly, it indicates that lunch break is over.

"Um...sige next time ko nalang sa sabihin, Jaeseung." Junseong ran away from us.

"Hyung, grabe na yang kasikatan mo ah, pati yung heartthrob ng campus kinakausap ka na." Seojoon said.
