It all started with that app: Ageless.
It was a new and popular website that quickly made its way to the top of dating sites. Its tagline was quite intriguing, really.
'Ageless tests the frequently asked question among the dating community: Does age really matter? Find your perfect match on Ageless based on everything except those few defining numbers.'
Of course, the site had in-app options to customize to the users' personal wishes. One could customize the app to only show matches within their location, or even based on their similar interests.
It was simple: all you had to do was insert all of the standard personal information that comes with every dating app, but without the age. The only restriction was the user must be at least 18 years old.
The main requirement, however, was a recent image of the user that would be displayed on their profile.
Though some found it defeating of the original goal of the app, as matches were now based on someone's physical features, others prided the app for proving that age doesn't matter and connections could be made without such a barrier.
