There is disease all around
The whole world is crumbling,
The heaven's showing its wrath
Stay Safe is what we are mumbling.
Vehicles are lined
To collect the dead ,
There're cries of pain all around
The warmth of togetherness is missing from the bed.
The pain would be deadly
To see ur beloved die,
What's the fault of innocent people
Please tell me God , why?
Televisions flooded with death numbers
Illustrating when and how,
Prays and wishes as frequent as breaths
To stop this epidemic now.
I wish for a better tomorrow
No more quarantine,
Where we are meeting and hugging each other
All beautiful, happy, fit and fine.
I feel helpless
The world is crumbling,
In this fire of Corona
Stay Safe is what we are mumbling.
