Lucy has mastered her celestial powers and is able to use star dress. She mastered all thirteen of them and is able to combine them. She also mastered the celestial spirit king star dress. The celestial king gifted her two more star dresses which are the celestial knight star dress and celestial queen star dress. They are all powerful. After Lucy mastered the star dresses she made contracts with the demon keys and the fairy keys.
