Hi, I'm Star.  Or Cat, Author-San/Chan, That-one-emo-bitch-who-tries-to-hide-the-fact-that-she's-emo-by-wearing-annoyingly-bright-colors, whatever you want to call me.  I've come to give a quick little speech on how I got this idea before the story begins.  So I saw this really cool concept on mermaids and I figured, "Hey, I'm gonna tweak that a li'l bit and use it as an AU" and I was trying to figure out which fandom I should do it in because most of my pairings don't really work with the concept, and I don't wanna write JUST Olikase.  But then I found a Komahina fic with a Merperson idea, and I'm like, "Well I don't wanna copy it, but I should do a Danganronpa thing with it!"  And so, this was created.  I really like the concept I've created and would love to see some of you use your own version of it.  Merpeople AUs are super underrated and should be used a lot more often.  I don't own the Merperson idea, so I won't claim anything, but if you do use my concept, I'd like to be mentioned for inspiration.  Now that's out of the way, let's get on with the fanfic!
