Chapter 39 'sacrifice'

Annabelle's POV

"Im Jason McCan B itch, i can do anything"

I looked at adrian who was on top of me, i pushed him gently, "wait adrian" i said and went inside the bathroom,

"Who are you to threaten me like that?" I whispered not wanting adrian to hear what Im saying, "as i said, Jason McCan" he screamed, "you wouldnt, because you already know if you hurt adrian, i wouldnt talk to you, ever" i said, "oops, who said i care?" I heard him say with a chuckle,

"Jason" i said, "i can hurt Gabriella" i said, "i dont care about her, she's just a f uck buddy" he laughed, i felt disgusted, "touch him, and you're dead" i said and hang up, i went back to Adrian and fake a smile.

"So? Its 2 AM! Lets sleep" i said, he smiled at me. I laid on his bed, he wrapped an arm around me and pulled me closer, "good night" he whispered and kissed my cheek, "night" i whispered and smiled slightly.

"Anna, jason wants to talk to you" i heard a groan, i opened my eyes slightly, and saw Adrian, his eyes are closed and he was holding the phone, "what?" I asked,

"Jason" he whispered and gave me his phone, i held the phone, "what?" I groaned loudly, he's so annoying! I was sleeping for gods sake

I looked at the clock 5AM, urgh

"Anna, come home right now!" He screamed thru the phone "f uck you" i mumbled, "i will hurt him" he said, i chuckled, i was going to end the call when he said, "im outside his house, check the window" he said, i got up and looked thru the window

I saw him, smiling evilly, and there was a gun with his left hand, my eyes went wide. I looked at Adrian who was sleeping peacefully, i kissed his forehead before i slipped on my shoes and went downstairs, i closed the door behind me.

I looked at Jason who smiled at me, i glared at him "what the hell are you doing here?" I screamed at him, it was the sunset and i could see him clearly

"I wanna kill him, say bye to your boyfriend" he laughed, i glared at him. "You wont touch him" i spat, "give me the gun jason" i whispered, he shook his head and started walking towards the door, i pushed him away.

"Dont you dare" i screamed at him, already crying. He pushed me harder the way i did to him, i fell on the floor. I looked at him crying, he smiled and went inside the house, i got up and hurried went inside, i didnt see him, i got up upstairs to Adrian's room, he was still sleeping, "adrian, wake up! We need to leave" i whispered and shook him, he opened his eyes "what?" He mumbled, "we need to leave, please" i pleaded, "babe, why are you crying?" He asked,

"Adrian, please come on" i whispered, "what is happening?" He asked,

"Look, look what do we have here" i heard Jason's voice, i looked at him. He pointed the gun at Adrian,

Adrian looked at me "what's happening?" He asked, "im sorry" i whispered to him, he looked at me and got up, "jason, put that gun down" said Adrian, jason chuckled, "i will, after killing you" he said, i hugged adrian so Jason wouldnt be able to shoot him.

"Anna, let him go now!" Screamed jason, i shook my head, "I SAID ANNABELLE LET HIM GO" He screamed,

I didnt want adrian to be involved in this shit,

"Anna, let me go" whispered adrian and pushed me slightly, i looked at him. His eyes were showing scariness, i cant live without him, i cant.

"Im sorry" i cried, he took a deep breath and pushed me away gently, i looked at Jason who pointed the gun at adrian smirking,

I cant loose him, i cant. He was the one for me when nobody was.

He will die because of me, i will be the reason for his death.

I backed away from Adrian, i looked at Jason's fingers,

I watched him pull the trigger, thats when i jumped in front of the bullet.

I fell on the floor holding my left shoulder hard, the pain was unbelievable

That was when i heard a very loud scream, i looked at Adrian who bent down at me, i watched him crying over me, i gulped.

"I-it hurts" i mumbled, i looked at Jason who was looking at me blankly, "JASON CALL THE FUCKING AMBULANCE" screamed adrian looking at me, "he cant" i tried to speak, "they will investigate" i said slowly trying to let my words out.

"Sandra, call her" i mumbled, adrian nodded at me, "you will be okaii" he whispered and pulled out his phone, i watch him calling sandra,

I kept my eyes open, i saw Jason still standing there looking at me blankly, i looked back at Adrian, "she's coming, you will be okaii baby" he whispered and kept holding his phone talking to sandra,

"Jason go and bring me vodka from downstairs" screamed adrian, i was awake but numb.

"Thank god, its in your shoulder" he whispered to me, he took off my shirt, i saw jason giving him the bottle of vodka blankly, adrian was talking to sandra asking her what he should do next.

Adrian put vodka on my shoulder cleaned the wound making me scream loudly, "i know it hurts" he whispered and kept cleaning the wound while im screaming,

He then put my shirt around my shoulder and pushed on the wound, i kept crying out loud.

(A/N: when somebody gets shot on the shoulder, they dont pass out quickly)

"You're so stupid" whispered Adrian and kept crying, "adrian, it hurts" i mentioned on the wound, "you're so stupid" he cried, i kept whimpering in pain.

I looked at Jason, he was still standing still on the door way looking blankly.

I groaned in pain, "you're bleeding badly" whispered adrian wiping away his tears. "Im gonna be fine" i mumbled, he nodded

"Sandra took so long!" He cried, i kept laying on the floor feeling numb, he pushed on my shoulder again, i screamed out loud. "STOP IT! IT HURTS" i cried, "i need to stop the bleeding" he whispered while wiping away his tears.

I felt a wave of tiredness hit me, i looked at Adrian, he looked blur, "NOO! ANNABBELE STAY WITH ME" he screamed, i closed my eyes slowly, i could still hear him screaming but then everything got silent.

Adrian's POV

I watched her drifting out of consciousness, i broke down. Literally broke down, where's Sandra?

I looked at Jason who was standing still, i glared at him "YOU!! I HATE YOU!" I screamed and got up from my place, i hit him straight on his jaw, "YOU HURT HER! HOW COULD YOU?" I screamed and kicked him, he wasnt even fighting.

I punched him, "i hate you, i literally do!" I whispered and cried, i probably looked like a f ucking girl right now but i don't care. My best friend was shot, what do you expect me to do?

Suddenly, i saw Sandra going upstairs in a hurry, "what the f uck happened?" She asked and looked at annabelle who was drowning in her own blood.

"Please, help her" i cried, she nodded and went inside the room, josh appeared and got inside silently, he closed the door behind them.

Then Troy came up. "What happened?" He asked worriedly, "i-i shot her" suddenly said Jason, troy inhaled sharply, "WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO?" He screamed and kicked him, i dont care what Troy was going with Jason, all my mind was focused on that beautiful girl in that room who was my inspiration in life and my motivation.

i sat on the floor crying,

I cant live without her, she's the only one i have now.

She even sacrificed herself for me,
