" We want... Mr. Odair to join our group," Mellark says.
"How bout a no!" Annie screams.
"How bout a yes," Delly snaps pointing in Annie's face.
"You better watch where you put that finger girl," I growl.
"Make me," she says.
"Watch me," I say dragging her to the edge of the school where there are no cameras. (Cuz I'm smart like that) JK
I take Delly's arm and bend and bend it. She screeches in Pain.
"Are you going to watch where you stick that finger?" I ask ready to bend it if have to.
"Yes!" she screeches in pain.
"You better," I say releasing her.
She scurries away with the rest if her group.
"I'm to fab for y'all!" Finnick screams after them laughing.
I look over and see Finnick, Annie, and Jo looking smug.
"What?" I say walking over and sitting down.
"Nothing," they all say at once.
"Ok then?" I say slightly unsure.
"We will tell you one day," Annie says patting my arm.
"Ok," I say looking up into the tree not really caring what they are talking about.
As we leave behind the oak tree we all plan to sit at the back table in Mr.
Cinna's science class.
It turns out Johanna fits in this group perfectly and knows just how to handle Finnick's rude/Humorous attitude.
"Look Annie that guys beard looks just like your cat!" Finnick all but yells.
Johanna grabs Finnick and walks with him to a corner.
We can just hear her telling him to control his mouth or he won't have one.
Finnick quietly comes back over and walks between me and Johanna but leaning towards me.
Johanna smirks and leads us to class.
We walk into the science lab and and sit down in a group of 5 desks.
No one sits at that empty desk until the tardy bell rings.
Mellark walks in and sits down next to me.
There were a TON of open desks so why did he sit next to me! He is SO annoying!
The teacher pays no notice to the late students and goes right to explaining the different things we will do this year.
I pay no attention to him all what so ever until I hear the word project and partners.
NO
"so for our first project we will be doing a long term science experiment," the teacher says.
"We will do this for 27 weeks, and I will assign you all into partner groups with 2 to 3 people in them. you will be in this group for the rest of the year so I would make an effort to get along with them."
He starts to call out names
"Blah and blah you will be partners" he continues this until he gets to Annie.
"Annie and Johanna you will be partners,"
"And last but not least Katniss, Finnick, and Peeta you will all be partner," the teacher says.
