I rip open the door only to find Finnick.

"Finny!" I say hugging him.

"Hey Kat," he says hugging back.

We walk into the living room where Prim sits stiffly on the couch.

"Who's this?" Finnick asks.

"This is Primrose, mom and dad adopted her," I say smiling.

"Really!? Yay a new sister to bother!" Finnick yells jumping onto the couch beside Prim.

She laughs.

"So Primmy, how's it going?" he asks excitedly.

"Good, I'm excited to be a part of this family," she says.

"Oh mom and dad need to meet you," he says.

"Wait what?" she asks.

"You need to meet my parents, they will practically be yours even though they are rarely around that much," he says.

"Oh ok," she says shrugging.

The doorbell rings again but being me, I was to lazy to get up.

"Finny get the door," I whine.

"Nooooo it's to farrr," he says.

"PLease," I beg.

"If your murderer stay out there but come in if its anyone else," he calls to the door.

I laugh.

Jo walks in a couple minutes later.

"I couldn't decide if that label applied to me," she says.

"Oh who is this?" Jo asks.

"This is my new sister Primrose, my parents adopted her," I say again.

"Oh cool," she says sitting on the other side of Prim.

"So princess what's up?" Jo asks.

"Well it's a disney movie, where this dude and this-," Prim starts but is cut
off by Jo's laughter.

"Good one," Jo says laughing.

Soon the others and they have the same reaction to Prim.

Until Peeta comes.

He walks in and sees Prim.

"Who's this?" he asks.

"Prim, my parents adopted her," I say.

"What? Why? Do they not love you?" He says very rudely.

"What? Of course they love me Peeta, but they wanted Prim, so I could have a sister-," I sat getting cut off.

"No Katniss, they don't love you,
They are trying to replace you," he says.

"No the aren't Peeta they just want to have another child," I say getting angry.

"Peeta, leave Katniss and her family matters alone," Finnick says.

"Hey Prim, want to show me all the stuff you got at the mall?" Annie asks trying to get Prim out of the room.

"Sure!" Prim says excitedly forgetting what is happening between me and my friends.

"Peeta, really my family loves me, and
They are not trying to replace me they just want another child in the house,"
I say irritated.

"Whatever, I don't believe it though," he says.

"Bruh what's up with the attitude?" Jo asks.

"Bad day," Peeta says waving Jo off.

"Don't take it out on us," Finnick says.

"Forget this, bye," Peeta says walking back out the door.

"Ok then?," I say.

"Hey, we don't need him to have fun! Lets order pizza," Finnick says.

"Yeah my mom said you guys can stay, she was gonna make you sleep in your room with Peeta but since he left I don't think that applies anymore," I say.

"Cool, ok Kitty you get the drinks and ill order the Pizza and Jo you can choose a game or movie it doesn't matter which and Ann is still up there with Prim...." Finnick says trailing off.

"Mom!" I yell.

"Yes dear?" she asks.

"Peeta left so can Finn sleep in the same room as us?" I ask.

"Yeah, i trust him," she says.

"Thanks mommy," I say laughing.

"I feel trusted," Finnick says.

"Because you are," I say.

"Eh," Jo says.

"Ouch," Finnick says faking pain.

"You know I was kidding Fishboy," Jo says looking for a game.

"I found it!" she calls holding up GTA5.

"Oh yay! I love that game," Finnick says.

"Oh we may or may not have realized that," I say sarcastically.

"Oh ok," he says.

I hear my phone ding and pull it out of my pocket.

'One new message from bae😍'

I unlock my phone and read the message.

Katniss.....

Is all it says.

Yes.....

I reply but my phone dings instantly.

I pull it back out and it reads....
