The next day I was exhausted I woke up at 11 and looked at my phone I had 2 texts from Kristen and one from an unknown number
I opened Kristen's first

9:32(pm) -Hey do you know Dillon smith?
9:46- he asked for your number last night so I gave it to him hope you don't mind
Butterflies exploded in my stomach I nearly jumped off the bed so surely the other number was him

1:20(am)- hey its Dillon smith we sort of know each other;)
I was freaking out he texted me!!!! That means he's interested in me!!!! Omg!!

hey um Ya I know what you mean haha:)
I responded awkwardly what am I supposed to say to that??!
I started flipping out because he wasn't responding fast enough and then I thought I said something weird and I and all mixed emotions

So do you want to hang out sometime?
He asked 10 minutes later
This literally gave me a heart attack
I waited a little before answering so I didn't seem creepy

How bout tonight at 9 my friends having a party at his?
I literally started shaking I was so nervous my first High school party!!!! Or one that I was actually invited to at least?!?!

He didn't reply after that and so I left it alone
The whole day I spent looking online and what to wear, how to do my makeup, thoroughly clean my teeth incase we Kiss.... just incase, what to bring, how to act
I was flipping out!!
Time rolled around and it was already 7 so I began getting ready, i first took a shower then did my makeup then I straightened my hair and then I put on a black body-con dress I had picked out earlier from online advice I mean it's a party right!
It was 8:45 so I brushed my teeth for the hundredth time and put on my shoes then I sat and waited till he came I didn't want to be eagerly downstairs waiting Ya feel me?!
The doorbell rang 5 minutes later and my heart started doing cartwheels
I walked down and answered the door
"Hey dillon" said
This was the first time we actually met in person
"Hey" he said while checking me out then locking eyes with me the way we had been doing so frequently before
He grabbed the small of my back and brought me around to the passenger side of his car opening the door for me I thanked him and watched him walk around to the drivers side
Music was already playing and I thanked him for making it less awkward all ready
He got in and pulled out of the driveway
"You look really hot" he said and my cheeks turned a crimson color
"Thanks.... You don't look so bad yourself" I said getting a pinch of confidence
He just smirked at the road
