Chapter 1: Vidcon

Mark's POV]

First day at Vidcon! I can't wait to go and meet all of my fans! My first meet up is in 10 minutes. I just LOVE hearing all the fangirls (on occasion, fan guys) screaming and yelling my name. I sit down at my booth and all I can hear is the yelling... it brings joy to me.

Mark: Hello there everyone!!

Once again, screams... I never get tired of it. ☺

It's been about a half hour into the meet up and a fan walk up to me, but this fan, it felt different to meet her, I got butterfly's in my stomach when she said "Nice to finally meet you Mark" I started making conversation with her, as I signed her shirt.

Mark: Nice to meet you too! So what's your name cute thang?

Fan: Kristen

Mark: Nice to meet you! I'm Mark.

Kristen: Duh! Of course! I've been watching you since you started your channel

Mark: Well obviously Mark! Geez!

She laughed. Her laugh was the cutest thing I've ever heard. I haven't had this feeling in a long time. It feels pretty good.

Kristen: I love you so much Mark!

Mark: Awe! I love you too. You know what, here's my number. I think we could be very good friends. You seem like a really nice girl. After my meet up, I'll text you and we can hang out for a while, sound good?

Kristen: Are you messing with me?!

Mark: No, I'll prove it, text that number.

She did, then my phone went off. I showed her the message to prove it.

Kristen: Wow! I have Markiplier's number! Eh hem... keeping it cool... And yes, sounds wonderful, here's my number.

Mark: Thanks! And not to be mean, but you might want to move along, I really don't want to face a mob of angry fangirls, and I don't think you do either, it would probably get very ugly very quickly.

Kristen: You're right, I don't. I guess I'll see you later?

Mark: Yup! See you later!

[Kristen's POV]

MARKIPLIER JUST GAVE ME HIS NUMBER!!!!! I'M FREAKING OUT! I came here just to meet him and BAM! His number! I met up with my friend to tell her all about it!

Kristen: Hey Rachel, guess what?!

Rachel: What?

Kristen: I GOT MARKIPLIER'S NUMBER!!!!

Rachel: Shut up, no you didn't.

Kristen: Yes I did! Look!

I showed her the piece of paper that read

"Markiplier :) 585-555-8940, I'll text ya :)"

Rachel: Looks believeale, but I'll just wait till he texts you.

Just as he said that, he texted me and it said

Mark: All done with my meetup! ☺ Meet me by main entrance.

I showed her the text.

Kristen: Believe me now?

Rachel: Holy shit! He did! Do you mind if I tag along?!

Kristen: Of course not! Come on!

We both ran to the front entrance and there he was, the beauty that it Markiplier.

Mark: Hey! You made it!

He hugged me and I felt all weird inside, maybe it's because he's internet famous and I was nervous... But I also got that feeling every time he looked into my eyes...

Mark: So.. Who's your friend?

Kristen: Oh, this is Rachel, she's a fan of you too.

Rachel: Hi! It's nice to finally meet you!

Mark: Nice to meet you too!

Kristen: Do you mind if she tags along?

Mark: Not at all!

Kristen: We've never been to LA, think you could show us around?

Mark: Of course! Let's go!

He took us all around LA, from the Hollywood sign, and to all the other famous landmarks that are in LA. By the evening, we stopped at a café for dinner.

Rachel: Hey you two, I'm tired, I'll be at the hotel ok Kris?

Kristen: Yeah, I'll be there in about an hour ok?

Rachel: Sounds good.

And with that, she left. Mark starred at me, I was starring back in those deep, beautiful, brown eyes of his.

Mark: So... You liking Vidcon so far?

KristenL Yeah! I've meet a bunch of other YouTubers!

Mark: Oh! Like who?

Kristen: Dan Howell, Joey Graceffa, Tyler Oakley, and a whole lot of others! Oh, and you.

Mark chuckled at my joke.

Mark: Listen Kristen, there's something I need to tell you.

Kristen: Ok, what is it?

Mark: I got a weird feeling when I first laid my eyes on you.

Kristen: You did?

Mark: Yeah I did. But there's something else I need to tell you.

Kristen: Ok.

He took a hold of my hand, I felt like I was about to explode.

Mark: I think I like you... more than a friend.
