Chap 2

We all walked to his dad statue and stoped, Ben clapped and the statue change to a king to a beast while it did we heard a scream behind us.

We all turned to see it was Carlos as he jumped into Jay's arms. I laughed at the view but stopped and pretend that didn't laugh "it's okay Carlos" Ben says as I quietly laughed at Audrey's face. "My father wanted his statue to morph from beast to man to remind us that anything is possible"

"Does he shed much?" Mal jokingly asks as she kept looking at the statue "Yeah, Mom won't let him on the couch" Ben replied jokingly too

They turn around and went inside as I stayed behind to go somewhere but jumped when I heard a clap. I turn to see a confused Carlos, "Do it more confidently" I said as I leave him to go to my dorm which my sister was still inside.

"Hey did you even leave the room?" I ask her "Nope" She blankly replied looking at me then went back to go what she was doing "You're going to see them eventually" I said sitting in my bed "I know" She sighed.

It was morning. Finally. I went to get dressed and went to get breakfast. As I finish eating I went up my dorm to get my other stuff as I saw a terrified looking Jane, "Are you good?" I ask my sister "No!" She slightly yelled "Sorry. I just need to give these permission slips for a early dismissal for when coronation day to mom but she's with the VK's" she explained to me

"You want me to come with you?" I asked her as I grab the clipboard she was holding "You would come?" She answered me with a question also with hope in her eyes "Sure" I said smiling at her "Thank you" she said hugging me tight "Ok, dude I can't breathe" I said slightly laughing "oh sorry"

We walked to the class that mom was teaching them. Of course Jane was still scared to go "It'll be fine" I said grabbing her shoulders "Yea I know" she said but squeals as she walks between them "Ugh" I groan as she did.

"Hello, dear ones" Mom said as bend down as her hands are in her knees "Hi" I waved as Jane wanted to hurry up and leave "You need to sign off on early dismissal for the coronation" Jane said giving mom the papers as she looks back at the VK's "Everyone here remembers my daughters, Jane and Janice?" Mom ask as Jane snapped her head looking at her "Mom, no!" Jane whined

"It's okay. Jane, this is everyone" Mom introduce Jane to everyone as she softly pushing her, "Hi" She said softly "That's okay, don't mind me, as you were" She shrug as squeals again as she pass by them jogging. I silently laugh at my sister.

My mom clears her throat and went back at what they was doing, "You find a viral of poison. Do you, A- Put it in the King's wine? B- Paint it on an apple? Or C- Turn it over to the proper authorities?" She questions them as she do the things she said.

Everybody raised their hands except Mal and I, "Jay" Mom said pointing the stick at him

"C. You turn it over to the proper authorities" He answered while basically throwing Carlos out off his grip. "I was going to say that" Carlos said hitting Jay in the arm "But I said it first" Jay said in the baby voice. They kept arguing and fighting as mom hit the pointing stick in her palms "Boys" Mom said hitting the podium with the stick. "Boys!" She said louder as they stop, " I am gonna encourage you to use that energy on the tourney field" Mom suggested

"Oh, no. That's okay" Carlos says as Jay gets off him "Whatever that is, we'll pass" he continued

I was sitting in the benches outside as the cheerleaders and tourney people practice.

I jump when I heard the coach blowing the whistle for the players, "Jay, Ben, offence" I heard him to them "Chad, you're defense" he then said something else while pointing at Taylor I went back to what I was doing, and that was writing a essay I needed to do for English

Right when I went back to writing the coach yelled again which I jumped.... Again. I groan as I got up and left since this was a bad decision to do work... Duh. Anyways as I walk I looked back to see Carlos so lost.

I went to my dorm and laid down in my bed with my work beside and sigh loudly

"You know what I'll do this tomorrow" I told my self. I closed my eyes and rested them. I woke up to Jane coming in "Janice wake up!" She said shaking me "What?" I groan sitting up still with my eyes with hand on my face "Can you come with me to Mal an.." as she ask me something I slowly went back to sleep "Janice!"

"Uh! What" I shouted while looking at her "Whoa... What happened to your hair? how is it much longer?" I asked touching "Mal did it. Anyway I ask can you come with me to Mal and Evie's room?"

"Uh yeah sure" I said standing off while stretching "Let me wash my face for to be more awake, ok?" "Ok. Yea sure"

I went to the bathroom and washed my face until it hit me "Wait what?" I mumbled at the towel "What do you mean Mal did it your hair? Since when are brave enough to face her?" I ask Jane as I hanging of door knob "I don't have time to talk. Come on" she said as she grab my hand and walked me out with her "Wait let me get the key" I said going back inside next to my nightstand grabbing my keys and my unfinished English Essay. I look at my bed and patting it while saying "I'll miss you" and walk off to where we was at.

I sat on Evie's bed as Jane rambled about mom saying something while I was writing my essay - And don't worry my shoes are off unlike someone in this room *cough* Mal *cough* - "Mom said, 'If a boy can't see the beauty within, then he's not worth it." Jane complain, I chuckled "Sounds like mom." I said to them without looking up from my paper "Can you believe it? What world does she live in?" Jane kept going while coming to where I am
