Chapter 19

"What?" Minx shouted.

"Yes. I wanted to bring someone in for something." The queen explained.

"So what? You just distracted me? Are you even sick?" Minx yelled. Lilith shook her head.

"I ate a pill with the doughnut to cause me to get sick on purpose. You were taking too long." Lilith answered. Minx stood up.

"Why do you need her?" Krism asked the queen.

"If the bomb destroys humanity, we need a way to...'rise again' so-to-speak." The queen explained.

"To reproduce? What the fuck!" Krism shouted, angrily. Minx paced around the room, completely shocked. Then she remembered something...

"Where's Felix? Was he in this too?" Minx asked.

"Felix is a very popular young man. Of course I had to use him to bring you closer." The queen explained. Minx walked closer.

"You used my best friend just so we can fuck?" Minx yelled angrily.

"Please sit down so that I can explain." The queen ordered. Minx and Krism sat back down.

"We will take you and Felix to a special room just in case the bomb kills us all." The queen explained.

"No! I won't do it! Not for the country! Not for the queen! Not even for the fucking world!" Minx shouted.

"I'll give you a choice here." The queen said, bringing Minx's attention back.

"What is it?" Krism asked.

"Felix volunteered for his country. Marzia, his girlfriend, approved as well. It will either be you or...your fiancée." The queen explained. Minx stood up again.

"Are you fucking kidding me? Great! Now my best friend will fuck my fiancée. Hell. No!" Minx shouted.

"That word is not acceptable, young lady." The queen scolded.

"Fine! My best friend will 'REPRODUCE' with my fiancée!" Minx shouted, correcting herself. The queen sighed in annoyance.

The room was silent.

"I'll do it." Krism mumbled. Minx turned around.

"What?" Minx mumbled.

"I said 'I'll do it'. For the world." Krism repeated with attitude. Minx held her head with her hands.

"She has taken a brave choice. Now, are you going to let us do this or will we have to use force? Trust me, I don't want to do this either. Forcing this to happen so quickly but it's for the world and the world only." The queen said. Minx sat down, collecting all of this.

"Fuck..." Minx mumbled to herself, staring at the ground.

"Minx..." Krism mumbled.

"I will only allow this under one thing." Minx said. The queen leans closer.

"I am listening completely." The queen answered, awaiting the 'thing'.

"I will only allow this 'reproduction' if Lilith and I get to join Felix and Kristen into this 'special room'." Minx said.

"I cannot do that." The queen bluntly said.

"Then this will not happen." Minx bluntly replied.

The queen sighed.

"Lilith has to be with her family and you do too-"

"Lilith and Kristen ARE my family." Minx interrupted, leaving the queen silent.

"Minx. If everyone will die, I want to die with my REAL mom and dad." Lilith broke the silence. Minx was beginning to cry from the intense pressure.

"But...we've been through so much together. I promised you not to leave you here!" Minx said, crying. Lilith jumped off the bed to hug Minx.

"I know. It was a fun ride. But, it's time for me to go with my parents." Lilith said.

"We have her parents so it would be a wonderful reunion for them. Minx, it's your choice now." The queen said, pressuring Minx.

"F-Fine! I'll go through with this. But, please, let me be with my fiancée after this. I'll let Lilith go..." Minx forced the words to escape her dry lips as she cried. The queen nodded.

"We will let you, Krism, and Felix to enter the room. You must go right now. Say your goodbyes to Lilith. We will notify your family members that you are doing the bravest thing the entire world couldn't do. We will be waiting outside." The queen explained, standing up.

I'll explain the conversation better.

When I put 'reproduction' I basically mean have a baby to stretch out the generation of humanity.

The queen wants two people to repopulate, much like Adam and Eve but with an extra person.

Krism would forcefully repopulate the world with Felix while being Minx's fiance so...large emotional roller coaster ride coming along?
