「 chapter five」

Crap... His mom walked in. "Sasuke, are you alright?"

"I'm fine, kaa-chan! Are you alright?"

"I'm good...Here, I brought you some tomatoes. Don't break anything, alright?"

"Hai!~~" He kept the smile on his face until his mom left the room. He dropped his act and stared at the door. He hated this. 

But you have been given a chance! Take it, Sasuke. 

But what if he failed? What was the point? He had to save his clan, that was why he had returned to the past, wasn't it? 

Why had Tsukuyomi-sama given him a second chance? If he saved the clan, what would be the drawbacks? How would it affect the future?

Didn't Itachi kill the clan to prevent the coup from happening? How was he, a four-year old child, supposed to prevent a coup that consisted of all of the Uchiha? 

 He didn't even know what the plan for the coup was! And there would be no way in hell anyone would tell a four-year old. 

Wait! Sasuke sat up sharply and began thinking again. The Uchiha's goal was to gain full control of Konoha. In order to do this, they would have to either take control of the clans or become the Hokage themselves. 

Sasuke was raised from a war driven clan. On his several years on the battlefield, he had become one of the leading strategists in planning out scenarios to help his side win the war. 

Because of this, Sasuke had the mind of a war general. 

His father would want to avoid the most casualities as possible, so he would split the clan into around four groups.

One group would head to the elders of the village, either killing or taking them into captivity to use as hostages. 

One group would surround the border of Konoha, focusing on the major clans. 

Another group would head towards the Hokage to take him as a hostage. 

The last group would head towards Naruto to extract the Kyuubi from him and possibly use it against Konoha. 

Sasuke was not entirely sure about the final part of his theory, but he included it into his plan just in case. After all, jinchuriki as considered to be used in wars. 

Ugh...Sasuke held his head. Didn't Obito help Itachi kill the clan? If Itachi refused and the coup took place...what was stopping Obito from just killing the clan outright and taking Naruto?

Wait...wasn't Fugaku in charge of the whole clan? If he convinced Fugaku not to plan the coup, he could stop them!

Shisui.

Shisui could stop the coup. But Danzo would take one of his eyes...

But... What if Shisui didn't stop the coup? What if he died, like in the previous timeline? 

Then he could somehow convince Itachi to not go through with the order to kill the clan. But even if that happened, which was very slim, considering Itachi's moral codes...what would happen if the Uchiha clan went through with the coup?
