"Here y/n" Jack said handing you a small box

"Hair clips?" You said confused

"My sister loved taking her hair clips and putting them in my hair and then leaves them in my room" he explained

"Aww you must really had some good moments with her" you said when he looked away

"Yeah, most families wasn't like ours" he said when he stood up

"What do you mean?" You asked

"My family wasn't all about electronics and arguments, we always find things to spend time with each other and have fun while collecting memories" he spoke

"The village really seems to be like that" you replied

"Yeah now they are, back then at least twice a week someone in the village argue with each other or find ways to ignore each other, even I used to be like that when it came to elisa since she always had to find ways to be mean to people, but my family was the only family in the village who never was really like them, but of course after I died and people in the village found out and made me into a legacy they all stopped their fued and started treating each other like family like mines did" he said

"So after you died they took inspiration?" You asked

"You could say that" he replied when you looked away

"Hey umm Jack? Can we go back to the lake?" You asked when he looked back at you

"Sure?" He replied kinda confused when you got up and put everything back into the trunk

"The lake is just a relaxing place to be and I think right now we should just relax and forget about what's going on ya know?" You asked when he went over to you and picked something up before you could see what it is

"Yeah especially with what happened with Sierra" he replied when you closed the trunk

"Let's go, my love" you replied when he froze

"My love?" He asked

"Hmm?" You answered when he blushed

"No..I..I meant my love as in a question not..c...calling you my love" he flushed when you started laughing

"I know what you meant" you replied when he sighed

"Let's just go before I die of embarrassment" he replied grabbing your hand and leaving the room to go to the lake

"Aww your embarrassed?" You asked thinking that it's kinda cute

"Shut it" he replied closing the front door when you laughed

"The lake will help you alot now" you replied when he started laughing

"I bet" he answered as you two made your way into the woods facing the lake, within a couple of minutes you and jack entered the area where the lake lays

"Wow it's even more beautiful now since all the flowers are growing" you replied dropping to the ground and touched a flower when it started wilting

"Oh..right.." You said softly letting go when Jack frowned

"Hey don't let it bother you" he replied also dropping to the ground next to you when you looked at him

"I wish I had magic like the real guardians do" you replied

"Magic doesn't make you a guardian
y/n.. It's your actions" he said reassuringly

"So you're saying that since I was onPitch's side my magic is dark?" you asked

"No y/n, what i meant is magic or no magic at all you are made a guardian because of what you did, in this case you're a guardian since you saved Jamie" Jack's replied when you looked down

"How can I be happy being a guardian when I can't do the things you guys do, you all enjoy it while I just hide myself from everything because of the fact that I end up killing or hurting it" you remarked balling both of your fist when you felt cold hands lay on top of them

"Y/n we all love you for you, who cares about your magic and powers, your perfect in every way" Jack spoke softly when you looked up at him

"Now let's have fun and relax, it's the reason why we are here" Jack replied grabbing your hands and yanking you up

"I don't know.." You replied when he backed away

"Are you coming?" He asked taking off his jacket

"Oh lord" you replied covering your face when he pulled you towards him

"Quit acting embarrassed, you were fine the last time" he replied when he pushed you into the lake

"Jack what the freak?! It's cold!" You shouted hugging yourself

"Yeah and I died in it so what's the point?" Jack asked

"I hate you" you mumbled when he hugged you now in the water too

"I know you love me" he replied

"Jerk" you spoke up when he broke the hug

"If I was then why are you still with me?" He asked making you look away

"Exactly" he replied

"Fuck you" you mumbled

"You can anytime" he replied when you jumped

"WAIT WHAT?!" You shouted backing up clearly blushing

"I think Sierra is getting to you" you replied when he wrapped his arms around you

"No, I just made myself a promise 400 years ago to give you everything you want from me" he said

"Why?" You asked

"Because back then I knew that you were my one and only" he whispered giving you extra chills

"You didn't have to go that far.." You said softly when he gripped your waist and pressed you against him

"I'd go as far with you as I can"
