"There's no way it's him" Jack replied with a hint of sadness and hurt in his voice
"It's what the moon says" North answered
"STILL IT CAN'T BE!" Jack shouted when he ran his hands into his soft hair, damn it looks so soft that your always tempted to touch it seriously ever since you met him in the hospital

"It has to be" North remarked
"No No No i'm not letting Pitch get her, you don't know what he'll do" Jack protested
"We know but we have to" North answered
"Yall aren't going to give her away that easily" Jack remarked grabbing his staff and pointing it at them
"Jack what's going on? What about Pitch? Giving who away?" You asked when he backed up to you
"Jack put the staff down and lets settle this as adults" bunny said calmy trying to reason it out
"Jack?"
"Y/n stay close to me" Jack replied
"Y/n don't listen, if you do a war is going to start" North remarked
"Come over here" bunny continued
"I..I don't know what's happening" you stuttered
"Y/n.. The moon has chosen you to be a guardian and a mate" tooth answered
"A mate?" You asked
"You know a boyfriend, girlfriend, couples?" Bunny added
"I don't need a ma- er boyfriend" you remarked
"It's what the moon has decided" North replied
"Who is it?" You asked
"...Pitch..." Jack said gripping his staff even more when you backed up
"If you all think I'm going to be with Pitch then you all are wrong, I just met him and he's a creep!Even so, y'all are saying that I'm chosen as a 'guardian' just to be someone's girlfriend?!" You shouted
"It's okay, I'll protect you, Snowflake" Jack replied
"No need, I'm leaving.. Away from here so you guys can't force me to do things I don't want" you answered walking away when you stop
"I-err Jack? Can you take me back? Heh you know, I can't fly or have a portal" you replied when Jack glared at everyone silently and forced his staff down and walked you away leaving the rest silently behind
-back in your family home-
"Thanks for sticking up for me back there" you replied softly standing in your now empty dark room
"It's no problem, I can't let you go to someone who is evil enough to use you" Jack said softly
"I'm pretty sure you're gonna get your butt kicked if you go back" you replied when he looked away
"Yeah but it's better than nothing I guess.." He said softly
"If you want you could..stay the night here to be safe" you spoke
"Are you sure? We just met today" Jack spoke
"I know but it feels like I've known you since forever honestly" you admitted making him look down at his bare feet
"Y/n I need to tell you something" Jack replied when you looked at him
"I do too" you said
"You can go first" you and Jack both said in unison making silence follow behind then after about thirty seconds you both bursted into laughter
"You can go first, Snowflake" Jack spoke calming down
"Jack, I know I just met you today and clearly I've been through alot of emotions in less than a day but somehow it feels like I've known you longer and that I can trust you with anything, and I know you might not feel the same way but maybe you know.. Something can grow between us? If so i'll be waiting and if not just don't say anything i'll understand I guess i'll just stay with a huge crush on you forever haha" you said softly sweat dropping
"Y/n i-"
"Y/n?"
"Jack?"
"Huh?"
"Jamie?" You asked turning around seeing Jamie in tears standing in your doorway
"Y-you can see me?" You asked slowly walking up to him when he nodded
"I missed you so much!" You shouted hugging him tightly when he did the same
"I'm so sorry y/n I should've just stayed in the park" Jamie said crying
"It's fine Jamie" you whispered
"Jack why are you here?" Jamie asked when you broke the hug
"Huh? You two know each other?" You asked when Jack immediately started acting nervous
"Haha yeah we are close friends before I met you" Jack replied
"Y/n you don't remember him?" Jamie asked when you looked at him
"I used to know him?" You asked Jamie when Jack motioned his hands across his neck trying to warn Jamie
"Oh uhh no, I just thought you've seen him before when I met him" Jamie replied when Jack sighed
"Oh uh okay?" You said weirdly
"Anyways i'll be here all night if you need me Jamie" you continued when Jamie nodded and hugged you again
"Goodnight y/n" Jamie whispered when he left leaving you and Jack alone again
"Sooo..." Jack said rubbing his neck
"So I think we should sleep" you replied walking over to your bed
"Wait together?!" Jack whisper shouted starting to blush
"Well yeah I did say that I trust you" you replied when he slowly made his way over to the bed with you
"Quit acting so nervous" you replied grabbing him by his waist and pulling him on the bed
"Y/n wait no!" Jack shouted when he landed beside you while you wrapped your arms around him and started to fall asleep
"Goodnight Jack" you said softly
"Goodnight..Snowflake.."
