It's been two and a half weeks since you and Jack hung out or even talked to each other, of course you two see each other since you both basically live in the workshop with North but he's been so busy with going around the world causing winter, helping kids believe, going on missions and all that other stuff that by the end of the day, he's too tired to even say a word, tomorrow is your birthday and North told everyone that tomorrow everyone gets a break of doing their guardian work, maybe since it's my birthday? Anyways at least Jack can get a break and relax, you left your room to go see tooth when bunny and Jack came back from doing their missions
"Wow mate you were killin it out there" bunny said
"Yeah sure, well i'm heading to my room cya tomorrow" Jack said yawning waving a weak goodbye at bunny and walked off when you immediately ran back to your room and silently shutting the door
What am I doing? It's not like i'm scared or hiding anything from him..
You sighed and opened your door again trying to brace yourself from him
"Hey Jack" you greeted when he faced you
"Hey, Snowflake" he said softly when you walked up to him
"Tired?" You asked patting down the strands of hair sticking up which of course didn't work
"A lot" he admitted when you laughed a little
"Goodnight, my love" you replied kissing his cheek when he grabbed your waist
"Jack?! What are you doi-"
~kiss~
"Love you" he whispered making you blush while you covered your mouth
"I thought you weren't ready for that yet?" You whispered when he ignored you
"I'll see you later, Snowflake" he said turning around leaving you standing there blushing
"Wait Jack!" You shouted when he stopped and faced you as you ran and hugged him
"Love you too" you whispered when he smiled and hugged you back
"Sweet dreams" you whispered kissing his cheek when you turned and headed for tooth's room as Jack left for his
After about a hour of being with tooth you couldn't help but think about how tired he must be after all that running for at least 19 hours of the day, every day
He must be glad that spring is coming soon for most parts of the world so he can be more awake again
You thought when you said your goodbyes to tooth and headed back to your room for the day
After awhile you grew tired yourself and fell asleep awaking to the day you were born
-Next day-
"443 years" you sighed sitting up when you noticed the time
10:51 AM not bad
You got dressed and head out to the Centre to say good morning to everyone as usual and saw everyone huddled up together when you entered the room
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY Y/N L/N!" Everyone shouted when you stood still
"Aww thanks guys, you didn't have too" you replied when everyone went up to you as you hugged them all back
"We just wanted to celebrate your first birthday with us since you were gone all those other times" North replied
"Yeah, and with real friends" bunny added
"And presents!" Tooth squeled when you laughed
"And don't forget your boyfriend" Jack spoke up walking up to you
"Boyfriend? I thought you weren't ready for that yet.. I just thought this entire time we were more like companions" you replied when he wrapped his arms around you
"I'm ready for it now" he answered when you flushed and squeezed him
"REALLY?! OH MY GUARDIANS I LOVE YOUUU!" you shouted jumping up and down in his arms when he started laughing
"I love you too, Snowflake" he replied when he touched your shoulders keeping you from jumping and kissed you when you forced back
*cough*
"Get a room"
*cough cough*
"Shut it bunny we are having a moment over here" Jack remarked making you laugh when you broke the hug
"Can you open your presents now?" Tooth asked clearly excited
"Sure" you replied when Jack held your hands and brung you to the table of presents
"Open mines first!" Tooth replied handing you a box with a bunch of tiny tooth imprints on the wrapping paper
"Love the design" you replied
"Aww thank you" tooth answered brushing back her feathers and landing on the floor as you followed also on the floor opening the box and took out a pillow of a tooth with a smiley face on it
"It's adorable! I am definitely putting this on my bed!" You said hugging it tightly when everyone laughed
"I'm glad you liked it" tooth replied when bunny handed you a gift bag with a bunch of easter eggs on it
"Mines next" he replied now sitting on the floor facing you when you took out the colorful tissue and saw a tiny jumping easter egg moving back and forth along the floor of the bag
"Awwwwwwww it's sooo cute! Now I have an adorable pet!" You replied picking up the tiny yet fragile creature as it jumped into your palm
"I knew you would like one since you saw them at Easter Island, so I made one specifically for you" bunny answered when you hugged him
"Thank you" you replied when the egg creature jumped onto your shoulder
"No problem mate" bunny replied when North handed you a tiny lock box
"This one is something I've put alot of thought into and know that you would use it for good use" North replied when you opened it and saw a pendant
"Put it on" north replied when Jack dropped to the floor beside you and picked up the pendant and wrapped it along your neck and snapped it into place causing it to glow and a flower appeared into it
"As long as you wear it you will lose your powers of dark magic and carry the powers of nature" North replied when you looked up at him shocked
"Wait what?!"
