It didn't take long for the news to catch on that Mr Hale had married, it never would when it came to this place, anyone who worked here where in the light of fame, and it actually turned out everyone knew Derek worked here even if he hardly spoke to them, and Yeah I changed my name to Hale shortly after it was known, now five years later I still work here, and this little monster knew she could get away with anything "Talia Claudia Hale you better get back here" I called as she ran out of the cafeteria and into the lift as it started to shut again "Talia!" I grumbled running straight into the closed doors as she chuckled "Oww!!" I tapped the button repeatedly, Derek really should have gotten more then one lift in this place, "Derek" I whined getting into the lift calling him "she ran off again" I heard a chuckle "help me" I pouted

"The usual place" I stupidly nodded with a whine "alright I'm coming"

"Love you" I said getting off on the 23rd floor, I could ear Erica and Lydia chuckling in the back ground "why do you have this floor anyways"

"Where do you think I went most of the time, I didn't need to come home for a reason but I did because I wanted to, and then I started to come home more thanks to you" I huff down the phone and he chuckles cutting the call, I wait by the lift and the frown on Derek's face when he sees me says I hit my face harder the I thought "you ran into the door again didn't you"

I folded my arms "I tried to catch her" I whined, he chuckled and kissed my nose and stroked my cheek "that hurts" I mumble

"She won't get hurt you worry to much" He smiled and pecked my lips before taking my hand and heading for the rooms "where's my Little princess" Derek called, sometimes I don't know how this man managed to design a place like this but times like these I remember he can sometimes be the biggest child ever, each room was designed differently, like bedrooms with different scenes, Derek said sometimes work can get to much and his workers needed a place to stay, it is now also apparently the place our daughter loves to hide and sometimes very awkward if we walk in where someone is asleep, we searched about 4 rooms before we heard the chuckling of a certain little girl in the castle room, now this room is great, and by great I mean great for hiding in, why it's one of the largest rooms, Derek had it designed to have a princess bed in the middle and a few towers in the corners that yes you can get into, never mind the two small pillow forts and the toy box he added full of lego "the big bad wolf is here" Derek calls out and the chuckle grew louder

"No papa, this is Princess room no wolf here wolf in piggy room" yeah the rooms are either nursery rhymes or disney

"Its ok Princess I'll save you" I called I might aswell join in as I ran into the room

Derek chuckled giving me a warm smile "fine I am the Dragon" Derek says before giving us his best Roar, Talia jumped out of the tower and ran to be with a squeal and laugh jumping into my arms "no prince can save you"

I chuckled and held Talia close "I can save her" I said out loud and tried to run past Derek, he picked us both up and we both squealed with laughter as he dropped us on the bed "oh no Papa Dragon has got us what do we do"

"Give him love" Talia said jumping up and giving Derek one big kiss on the cheek, Derek gave a fake shocked look "quick Daddy while he weakened" I chuckled and jumped up tackling Derek onto the bed with us and kissed him, "Derek chuckled and flopped closing his eyes "yay we win"

"Mr and Mr Hale" we both looked at each other then to the door where our lawyer stood "I have some news for you, could we talk?"

We looked at each other before getting up and following him out of the room, it was Silent Talia babbling about the next little adventure we would have as we headed to Derek's office Lydia taking Talia from Derek as we got onto the top floor "what's this about" I asked as we walked into the office where another person stood with a baby carrier and my face instantly lit up

"The adoption papers are ready if you want him, and you can take your new son home today" he explained as the other person gave a smile showing us our new precious son

"Can I hold him" I was almost squealing in excitement as they nodded taking the 1 month old into their arms and passing him to me I cradled him looking up at Derek who had a wide smile on his lips "oh my god, he's so small"

"What would his name be" the lawyer asked

"Noah Meiczyslaw Hale" Derek commented and I shook my head

"Noah Laura Hale, I know Laura is a girl's name but I want him to have Laura's name" Derek looked shocked "I'm sure about this Derek"

Derek smiled and nodded "Noah Laura Hale" he smiled and leaned over kissing the side of my head allowing the baby to grab his finger "Hello Noah"

We quickly signed the papers holding Noah in my arms as we walked out saying goodbye, Talia running up to us as I crouched and showed her her new baby brother, Lydia cooing as she took a picture of all four of us
