Austin's POV
I stood there waiting for his answer as he sat there in silence I started to loose hope of us ever being friends again. He looked up at me and said "Austin I'm a terrible friend I kept something so important from just because I didn't want to hurt you but I ended up hurting you so I've failed so no I can't be your best friend and with that he walked away. My knees fell to the soft sand as I held my head I didn't want it to end, but it's to late Alex made it pretty clear he doesn't want me I stayed there and cried for about an hour before I got up and took the bracelets out of my pocket and threw them in a trash can near by and started walking back to my car.
Alex's POV
I watched him fell to the ground and sob.. I felt terrible but he deserves better than me I mean come on who the fuck watches their best friend cry and does nothing about it I don't know who I am anymore I'm a monster I destroy everything In my path, but today I destroyed the most valuable thing in the whole word Austin's heart.. The one thing I never wanted to hurt, but guess what I'm a fuck up I probably look pathetic right now. I got up from the rock I was sitting on and walked slowly toward my car, but something in the trash can caught my eye it was Austin and i's friendship bracelets.. I picked them up out of the trash can and started walking back to my car and then everything turned black..
Austin's POV
My phone started to buzz on my bedside table I figure It was just Zach so I ignored it, but then a couple minutes later it was flooded with text messages from Alex's mom I opened my phone only to find news that broke my heart even more ....
