Hitz terbentuk di tahun 2011 di bawah payungan Nagaswara Records. Anggota-anggotanya adalah Ferdinand Kwok (Indonesia), Lee Jeong Hoon (Korea Selatan), dan Irwan Chandra (Indoensia).
Pada tahun 2013 Hitz resmi bubar karena adanya Skandal perselingkuhan Lee Jeong Hoon dengan Monique Oktaviani istri dari Irwan Chandra anggota Hitz.
