the entire week, jaehyun would distance himself from doyoung, taeyong, and everyone else in his third year friend group. soon, it was time to go back to seoul and the brown haired boy had ignored all of his friends. he even ignored taeil, his trip roommate, during the entirety of the rest of the trip.
it bothered taeil, seeing jaehyun pissed off and silent without any reason. all the other six boys had come to the conclusion that none of them did anything wrong, but jaehyun was specifically mad at taeyong. it was very confusing to understand, especially since jaehyun likes taeyong and there was;t anything taeyong did to make him mad.
nevertheless, the six boys enjoyed their time on the trip, and sooner than they knew it, it was time to go back to seoul. the seven boys got on the bus, but instead of sitting in the back with the rest of his friends, jaehyun sat somewhere in the middle of the bus, alone. the six boys saw this occur, as jaehyun was he last of them to get on the bus, and began talking to each other about it.
"it's like your personalities have switched..." doyoung mentioned to taeyong, talking about the time that the red haired boy ignored jaehyun for over a month. the others agreed, even taeyong.
"except he's pissed at all of us, and for no reason," kun said. he was sitting next to taeyong in the very back row, doyoung on the red haired boy's other side. ten, johnny, and taeil were sitting in the row directly in front in that order.
"i don't know what's going on..." taeyong's voice died down as he took a look at jaehyun, the guy he got to like, sitting alone in the middle of the bus with his earphones in. he let out a small sigh before shaking his head and deciding to worry about it later as the bus took off for their road back to the school campus.
little did the six boys know that yoonji was sitting a couple row in front of them, and had heard every word that they said.

arriving back to seoul, the six boys who sat in the back were the last ones to get off. they didn't see jaehyun anywhere in sight, and assumed that the boy had already returned to his dorm room. seeing the hundreds of other students from the trip, the six boys maneuvered their way through the crowd and made their way back to the dorm buildings that were located five minutes away from campus.
"hey, do you think everything will be okay after the weekend?" johnny asked his group of friends, referring to jaehyun and his sudden mood change. school started again in two days, since spring break was coming to an end, and though none of the boys would confirm that thing would be back to normal, they hoped that it would be back to normal and that jaehyun was only mad since he was tired.
making their way to the dorm rooms, everyone split ways when they reached the dorm buildings to go to their respective rooms. they bid each other goodbye and told them that they would see each other on monday. doyoung and taeyong lived in the same dorm building, so they walked inside together.
