Alex's POV
Today was Alex's birthday, he wished he was happy though
Ever since Eliza got into the hospital he just couldn't seem to get happy, he felt lonely without her, there were times he wouldn't sleep whole nights just thinking of her
He wanted to be with her today, but damnit he couldn't even be happy on his own birthday
John, Laf and Herc came to his house saying that he would have a good day and be happy, and they really tried but Alex just didn't seem to get happy, Alex appreciated it though he knew they cared a lot about him
It was late at night and Alex was eating pizza that he had ordered, he was just chilling in his sofa eating pizza while watching TV until someone knocked on his door
Alex looked at the door confused, who would come to his house at this hour
He quickly got up to see who it was, he was surprised when he saw a woman with curly hair that was messy and brown eyes that were full of tears
Alex had never seen this woman before but he could tell she was really beautiful
"Umm I'm really sorry to bother you at this hour sir, it's just that my husband he's looking for me, he beats me, cheats on me and I just need you to take me home because I'm not safe out there alone please I'm scared" she said almost crying
Alex looked shocked, what kind of man would that to such a beautiful woman, so he accepted to walk her home
They were walking around and she lived a block away
"This one's mine sir" she said pointing to a tall building "also I'm Maria Reynolds" she said introducing herself
"Alexander Hamilton" he said smiling at her "well I should head back home" Alex said turning around but she grabbed his arm
"Please he may be there I promise after we get to my house you can go" she said
"Okay sure" Alex said following her inside the tall building
When they got there Maria invited Alex inside and Alex said yes
"Make yourself at home you want some coffee?" Maria asked Alex
"No I actually have to go Maria" Alex said getting up from the couch but once again Maria grabbed his arm and without saying a word she pushed him to her room as she turned red and looked on his face
"Stay" Maria said undressing herself but Alex stopped her
"Maria please I have a girlfr-" before he could say anything else Maria pushed his lips onto hers
He knew he should have just back away but that felt so good, he didn't kiss a girl for months now he felt lonely he just needed someone
And so they continued on and the next morning Alex woke up to another girl without being his beautiful girl on a bed
He instantly felt guilty, what was he thinking?
His girlfriend was in the hospital thinking about him and caring about him while he did sex with some other girl
He got out of the apartment leaving a small note to Maria saying that he was sorry and that she should never contact him again or try to have any connection with him
He quickly got to his house and started crying, what the hell was hd thinking, he hated himself so much, he couldn't believe he had just cheated on the most perfect girl in the whole world
"Great Alex you did it again, you ruined everything I'm so fucking stupid" Alex said loud talking to himself
He didn't know what to do
He just needed to talk to someone about this, guilty was taking him all
He knew exactly who to talk to, he was just scared of her reaction
Damn he really fucked I'm this time didn't he
He just knew he would regret this for the rest of his life...
