I just wish some things were different
That the happy things made me happy
That I can see when I'm blessed with eyes
That I can pray instead of wish
I just wish for days of you
Where I can forget that I struggle with this
Or that
Or the endless list you take away
Along with my breath
I just wish that I wouldn't be a disappointment
That I can not be another face
That I can put aside these childish "hardships"
That I can call this fictional writing...
I just wish.
