(F) Cover and Banner: A Blazing Surprise

I've been keeping this until now. A surprise fanart! Although I gave a little hint at the end of my first fanmade graphics. Oh, well...

This time it's for a good friend of mine who goes by TheRisingFlame.

Remember my RANDOM question when I asked you of your favourite Fire -Type Pokémon? Luckily, I got your answer but when you asked for what purpose, I said it is nothing to take too seriously and it seems you didn't mind in the end. Hehe!

So, my sole purpose of asking you the question is THIS...

I saw your graphics portfolio where you showcase fanmade covers of different graphic artists for your stories. You said in your introduction that you're accepting covers for that book as well so I prepared for a little surprise on you.

As you can see, I used your three most favorite Fire -Type Pokémon as the subject. It feels like I randomly positioned Centiskorch in the corner. But I kinda like how it turns out for Arcanine and Charizard.

Since you said in your collection of covers that you're also accepting any kind of fanart and I can't compete with Imber's style in terms of graphic designing, I focused on making banners instead for your book and were inspired from your characters.

It happened that I found Zeno's artwork while browsing. I don't know if I'm missing some details on him. He's no longer wearing his signature black trench coat on LDOC but still retained his dark clothing style so I gave him different clothes but all in black color. I was also thinking of giving him a background with a view of the moon just like on HBoD but it only matches when he's still the Hero Born of Darkness. (But, there might be things that I still don't know yet)

Next, we have Alex! This is exactly how I picture her. Sorry for my terrible recolouring of her eyes and her highlights. I'm new to this stuff. Only did that to really match her appearance. I really had a hard time setting adjustments for her banner. Adjusting saturation level, filters, sharpness, you name it all.

Last but not the least, Robert! I'm not confident how it turned out for him. Also had a hard time positioning him and his big Pokémon. Pretty sure I missed a lot of details regarding his appearance especially the color of his hair. Not sure with his eye colour either. Anyway, I made him hold a Pokédex, the Unova model since he's into gathering data on Kalosian Pokémon under Professor Juniper's special task. And... there's Snorlax waving at you.

These are supposed to be given to you by Christmas but I'm not yet finished making all of them at that time. At least I made it before New Year's Eve. Hehe!

Hoping you like these banners and use them in your books. I will appreciate the credit very much if you include it. Honestly, it would be an honor. If you want a remake with any of these graphics, just tell me and we'll see what I can do.
