🌺Arthurs point of view 🌺

"I thought I told you to get out of my sight." I said when Merlin entered me and Felicias chambers  "Don't fight Valiant in the tournament tomorrow. He'll use the shield against you." Merlin said making me scoff
"I know." I said knowing deep inside I was worried for Felicia if I died "Then withdraw. You have to withdraw." Merlin said and I turned to look at him "Don't you understand? I can't withdraw. The people expect their prince to fight. How can I lead men into battle if they think I'm a coward?" I said to him making him realise why "Valiant will kill you. If you fight, you die." He said and I nodded "Then I die."I said and regretted it "How can you go out there and fight like that? Knowing YOUR WIFE will have to witness your death HER HUSBAND'S DEATH" he said making sure I heard him "Because I have to. It's my duty." I said before he left

The next day Mofris was helping me get ready when Felicia entered and morris left with a bow and felt her hand on my back as she helped me get ready for the tournament
"Let me." She said before fixing the strap for the gorget and tightened the vambrace "I used to help my father with his armour." She said smiling before she handed my helmet to me"Thanks." I said to her before I turned to leave "Arthur!" She yelled making me turn before she kissed me "I love you" she said making me smile "I love you too"

🌺Felicias point of view 🌺

I was dressed right after Arthur left to make sure Everything was ready in the arena which was a purple dress

Before I was led to the arena and sat next to Arthurs chair and when the hornes blew Arthur entered the arena and both knights got ready to fight. Arthur fought Valiant until he knocked  Valiant's helmet off and  Arthur being a true prince removed his helmet and they both pulled down their mail coifs.

Valiant knocked Arthur to the ground and stepped on his shield making me scared for my husbands life before Valiant disarmed Arthur, but luckly Arthur caught him before he could strike but Valiant pinned Arthur against a wall but Arthur shoves him off and then snakes come out the shield and this cuaght us to gasp in suprise

"What are you doing? I didn't summon you!" He said to the snakes and Uther heard this "He is using magic." He muttered before Arther stood straight "And now they see you for what you really are." Arthur said and Valiant chuckled darkley and sended the snakes to the ground "Kill him and his bitch" he yelled and Arthur stood in front of me before he beheaded the snakes before he disarms valiant  and runned him through
"It looks like I'll be going to the feast after all." He said before Arthur runned up to me and kissed me causing the crowd to cheer in excitement "are you okey my love" he asked and I nodded

That night I was dressed in

Before  I was led to Arthur and held into his arm "My honourable guests, I give you Prince Arthur, your champion." His father said proudly and the court applauds in happiness before we walked down the aisle
We walked to Merlin after we were cornered by Morgana "Can you believe Morgana? She says she saved me. Like I needed any help. I wanted to say I made a mistake. It was unfair to sack you." He said to Merlin making me smile

"No, don't worry about it. Buy me a drink and call it even." Merlin said making me shake my head "Uh, I can't be seen to be buying drinks for my servant." Arthur said and I smiled at him softly "Your servant? You sacked me." Merlin scoffed "Now I'm rehiring you"he said and I nodded at him
"Our chambers are a complete mess. My clothes need washing. My, uh, armour needs repairing. My boots need cleaning. My dogs need exercising. My fireplace needs sweeping. Our bed needs changing. And someone needs to muck out my stables." Arthur said making me laugh at merlins facial expressions
