Chapter 9

lol im still kinda bored I just got back from a manhunt and my twin brother fell off a roof and I like-

Bakugou POV

I was near the borders, chatting with the patrol officers when I  heard it. They were loud ass drums, playing the same melody.

bum bum , ba bum, bum

then multiple other instruments started playing, an enchanting melody that drew me  towards the sound. I tapped Ida's arm.

''hey...you hear that?'' I whispered, hearing the sound coming closer and closer. ''I'll go get the alpha.'' he said to me, shifted, and sped off.

through the forest I saw a wagon, decorated with multiple lights and dazzling flowers. Women and men alike danced around it, swaying in ever-enchanting laughter. i was confused. what are they doing? who even are these people?

a young boy, maybe 17 or so, strode through the crowd. he was small, with a head of fluffy green hair, freckles, and forest green eyes. he twirled and laughed around another women, who was the spitting image of him. she giggled aswell, moving her hands along.

the laughter and music died down and the boy came up to me. 

''Hi! I'm Izuku Midoriya! I'm a gypsy and me and my friends-'' a group of cheers went through the wagon-'' need a place to stay for the night! is your chief here?''he questioned, cocking his head to the side at me.

I just stared back at him. The fuck is a gypsy? is like a type of witch or something? ''do you speak English? e-n-g-l-i-s-h.'' he said slowly. i opened my mouth to speak when i heard a familiar voice from behind me.

''sorry, he's a little shy today. Bakugou, you should greet our guest.'' he said, there was a..suggestive tone to the way he said it. as if he were expecting me to rebel.

he wasn't wrong

''fuck that. hey, squirt. who the fuck are you. and why are you here?'' I said, glaring at the small boy. he flinched and looked at Todoroki, and turned red.

''m-me and my f-fri-iends were p-p-p-'' he starting stuttering so bad, and i giggled a little bit. i felt a firm hand place on the back of my neck, squeezing my pressure points, making me wince.

''o-ow b-bastard let me go..!'' i struggled, making Todoroki squeeze harder. ''I'm so sorry for his arrogance, He will pay, by showing your band a place to stay.'' Todoroki said smoothly. he glared at him and he shot an intense gaze that just screamed i'd made a mistake, and that wasn't my only punishment.

(time skip like an hour)

still Bakugou

The twerps had unpacked, there were about 15 or so. one of them I can only describe as mushroom, her cheeks were constantly pink. and everytime she looked at that stuttering freak, she just fell into a red puddle of I-have-a-crush-ness.  Another one of them kinda looked like the freak, black hair though. it was still curly. he glanced up at me as I was leaning on the door, messing with my nails waiting to escort them to the dining hall, and he just looked mean.

he walked towards me and I just got all around bad vibes. like I just couldn't stand still. he made me want to tuck tail and run.

''Hi. I'm Shindo. whats your name?'' I could tell it wasn't a question. ''B-Bakugou..'' i quivered out. he took my jaw and turned it slightly. he clicked his tongue and leaned down to my ear. ''Your so pretty...such a shame I'd have to-'' there was a bang, and i looked over and saw Todoroki. who I could tell was trying to, y'know, NOT snap and accidently kill a room full of humans.

''Bakugou. I need you to help me prepare for the Party. i also have an outfit i want you to try'' i nodded meekly, slipping past Shindo

as soon as we closed the door i could feel a massive wave of nausea roll over me and i collapsed into Todoroki. ''Baku you ok?'' he asked, looking at me wearily. ''i-i just need to sit down..'' i muttered.

(another time skip to party lol)

I looked in the mirror at the outfit Todoroki choose, for one thing it didn't feature a shirt, but i was diggin the cape and the hunting boots. everything else was either tribe style beads and amulets, but my favorite was the little dragon tooth earring. I played with the fur around the neckline of the cape as i walked to the dining hall. 

As soon as i walked in, I was the center of  everyones attention. i wasn't ripped like Icyhot, so the no-shirt thing just showed off a flat stomach. I walked through the crowd and up onto the small ledge of a stage thing, usually used for announcements. But it was just Todoroki, Kamanari (who I found out was the Beta) and Kirishima, a lesser alpha. I walked up and sat in the empty chair next to Todoroki, who was chatting away with Izuku. ''Izuku..'' i muttered..doesn't really roll off my tongue the way i want it. 

''Hey deku.'' The green haired kid turned and looked at me, pointing to himself. ''yes you.'' he clumsily walked over. ''y-yes?'' he stammered. I looked at him right in his eyes. ''explain what a gypsy is to me.'' i demanded. his eyes lit up and he started chatting like we were long-lost friends.

''Well, me and my family were gypsies, were basically fortune tellers that travel the world! my mom tells fortune, and I'm just her wild free spirited son!'' he giggled i tuned out as he started rambling about how his cart got stuck in a river, when I saw Shindo.

I instantly wanted to curl up in a ball and just cry, unfortunately he saw me and began walking over. I glared at Todoroki, willing him to look at me. but he was to busy talking to Momo.

''Hey, Bakugou.'' he purred, sliding his arm around the head of my chair. i didn't say anything and he chuckled bitterly. ''always hated your kind-'' my head shot up and i looked at him, incredulous. ''-yeah i know who you are. what  you are. you used to scare me. but you don't. I've been killing your kind for ages.'' i saw a glint as he reached into his coat, and i saw the shiny barrel of a revolver. ''this baby, is full of silver bullets. each infused with wolfsbane. now, I'm gonna give you three contestants.'' 

''Number one. That hunk of meat right there.'' he pulled the revolver out and aimed it at Todoroki, and my breath caught in my throat. by now people were starting to notice, and all the werewolves started to visibly shake, the Alphas not as much but the pups were literally shaking in fear.

''Number two. that piece of shit.'' he aimed the gun at Kyota, whose small frame begane to shake and he instantly started crying.

''Or her, which I could take as a slave, use her as my personal toy every now and then.'' he chuckled, training the gun on momo, who went as white as a sheet.

''I-I-'' he waved the gun around, and the audience dropped to the ground. ''C'mon Baku i don't have all night.'' he said, bored. I turned and saw that the rest of the 'gypsies' had pulled out there own gun. everyone accept Deku and his mom. they were tied down, tears streaming from there face.  ''th-they use us..to g-gain trus-'' smack 

the women fell silent.

i couldn't believe it. i couldn't think. i couldn't even breathe

we'd been attacked and didn't even realize it.
