The boiling water that spilled onto the floor has now cooled down enough for me to clean it up
Grabbing a mop out of the closet I head to the kitchen, to be stopped by fez's hand
"I got it mamas, go get sum to eat wit rue" he says while taking the mop from me and handing me two twenties

"Um ok" I say hesitantly while making eye contact with rue
Seeing as though it's dark outside, I can only guess it's cold as well
"I'm gonna go grab a sweatshirt really fast" I say while pointing my thumb back to the room

"Where is fez, and what have you done with him" rue joking says while placing her hand on my shoulder as I mop up the water
"Whatchu mean?" I give her a smile, knowing what she's talking about but choosing to play stupid
"You know what I mean, In all the years I've know you, this apartment has looked like shit and I ain't ever seen you offering to clean up, or spotting money" she says while motioning her hands to the floor
"Which is a plus, it smells like vanilla and there is bath and body works candles everywhere" she jokes around
"Ion know rue, this girl really got me trippin man, I ain't ever think I would let sum girl up in my house wit all this girly shit and be okay wit it" I say while moping up the rest of the water, trying to ignore the growing feeling in my chest
"And have you seen her ass" I jokingly add while wringing out the water
"You're gonna have to put a ring on it before I do" rue jokes while now sitting on the counter
